The location was perfect a lovely old historic inn. Polperro is a must see location in Cornwall. After Breakfast we had a lovely stroll down to the harbour which is quite stunning. In the precious evening we went to Looe for our tea which was nearby. After the walk to the harbour we continued our adventure to the Eden Project (about 36 minutes away). We spent about 4 hours there and then travelled to the Lost Garden of Heligan which were 20 minutes away. Both are stunning - after that we travelled to St Ives about an Hour away.

We are from the US but have longed to visit Polperro for years. We got a chance to visit the UK, was gifted lodgings in a different city, but when this booking popped up, decided the side trip was worth it. Kathryn was great. We got in a little early but when we called her she came down to check us in. She had a wonderful little continental breakfast already prepared in our room with bread, cereals, and other goodies. Very quaint, warm welcoming front room and the bedroom was very comfortable. Very quiet.
We were there in the off season so the restaurant was closed as well as many businesses in Polperro. Still wonderful visit.

The location in the heart of Polperro, the allocated parking and the evening meals in the restaurant which were varied and delicious. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly..We stayed in the family apartment which had a well equipped kitchen, lounge bathroom and 2 double bedrooms,in all a very comfortable stay.
Breakfast was a continental buffet, little hit or miss at times.

Perfect location to explore Polperro, Looe, and surrounding areas!! Staff were very welcoming and friendly! On-site parking, which is very rare in Polperro. The Crumplehorn was decorated beautifully for Christmas and looked amazing. Our room was directly above the pub and had everything we needed. A very comfy reclining sofa in the lounge was a bonus! The lunch menu in the pub was great. There was plenty of choice for a quick bite in the afternoon, also serves evening meals. We loved our festive break and would return! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The location was perfect, only a short walk into the centre of Polperro. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was great, albeit access up the external staircase with our cases was a bit of a challenge. The car parking arrangements for guests were great.
The Hotel website said the kitchen was closed for lunch and dinner but it wasn’t shut when we got there. There was no cooked breakfast option in the morning. Couldn’t get WIFi access in the room.

Lovely room with tea & coffee making facilities. The staff went above and beyond - absolutely fantastic! We needed to leave very early as walking the SWCP and 8.30am for breakfast was a bit late for us. They gave us yoghurts & croissants to have in our room before we left. So kind of them. Dinner in the evening was divine! Can recommend the lasagne & Cajun chicken linguine. Would definitely stay again! Thanks to all you lovely staff xx

Great Location, short walk to the water through a residential street. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice clean updated room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, but small for two people. Nice new clean shower stall. Good breakfast cooked to order in a nice historic pub. Good dinner, but limited menu. Designated (tight) parking spot for each room, a big plus in this auto restricted area.
Our room had a very small shower stall with no shelf to put your soap and shampoo. If you drop the soap the stall is too small to bend over to pick it up. If you're a moderately large person you will not be able to take a shower. The rooms are located in an attached building behind the pub, requires going up a steel staircase to the rooms. These were not issues for me, but I thought they should be noted for those that may have a problem with them.

We loved being able to walk down to the harbour and Polporro itself. Beautiful place. Breakfast was great and unexpected as we forgot it was included. Staff in the Inn were friendly and helpful. Fridge very useful. Would have been helpful to have a pint of milk in if rather than the tiny individual portions.
Car park very snug and felt unsafe when lots of people sat outside and we had to drive through them. Didn’t see a menu for the pub in the accommodation. Hour long wait for food on Sunday evening as so busy. Difficult to open and lock door of accommodation.

The breakfast surprised us. The quality of the continental range was very good. We went for a wedding and the location worked perfectly. Having found a spare bed in the room we would have had asked for an extra number in the room as it prevented someone joining due to last minute accommodation. This is good to know going forward when we visit again!
The fridge wasn’t very clean but that didn’t affect us as we didn’t use it.

Such a friendly place, only a short walk from the harbour with many lovely independent shops and an 8 minute drive from Looe, 35 mins from the Eden Project. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely holiday and will definitely return here.
My only criticism was that the shower was very loud. Be aware that some of the rooms are very high up with outside stairs to get to the room if you're not keen on heights!
