Location was amazing. Amazingly clean accommodation. The park felt secure. Very clean. Location was good as well. Staff were nice. Allowed me to check in one hour early which was very nice after a long journey- really appreciated.

The towel rail did not work neither heating. If you get caught in a cold night then it might be an issue as it gets cold over night even after a very hot day- temp drops. Although I reported it twice but unfortunately outcome was not communicated until last day upon departure to say someone was out and said it was working!

Caravan had plenty of space, fixtures and fittings appeared new and sparkling. Beds were comfortable. Lovely to be able to walk down to the loch shore. I really liked being able to cook on a gas hob (lots of self-catering accommodation has induction hobs which I don't like).

Beds in the twin room could have been a big longer, they were too short for my teenage son.

easy to get to but on a very busy main road so did get a lot of traffic noise. site very clean, stunning views, great play area for kids, caravan was lovely and had everything we needed. the kids were safe. cant really fault it

although i didn't buy anything in the shop (grandkids did, just to spend some money on a small ball and sand toy) shop was poorly stocked and for a bank holiday. (NO midgie repelant) MIDGIES< MIDGIES <MIDGIES

I love the caravans in the holiday park there is everything you need. Beds are comfortable fresh clean linen & towels.

I loved everything, I was so sad to leave it’s such a beautiful peaceful calm place to visit I love it every time I go and I do not want to leave.

The site is fantastic and right on the Loch. The caravan was incredibly clean, comfortable and almost brand new. We had great fun in the loch and could walk back to our caravan in a couple of minutes.

I find this site hard to fault. Maybe the shop could have stayed open till 6 which would have been helpful for us.

Everything was provided, that we could have wished for, in order to enable a great stay. Beds very comfortable. Spotless throughout. The location on the shores of Loch Lomond is superb.

We expected to have 3 bedroom accommodation, but the new caravan delivered to site, was 2 bedroom. Booking.com had not changed the details online. We had a part refund from Inverbeg Holiday Park. Due to family illness, we were able to manage with 2 bedrooms, otherwise we would have been given alternative accommodation. Very poor phone / wi-fi signal, but this assured a peaceful stay. Be aware, coming from Glasgow direction, Sat nav directions may direct you to turn left to the Gallery, instead, turn right just after you pass the gallery.

Perfect location to visit Luss and boat trip on Loch Lomond. The Holiday Park was quiet and felt secluded. Th beds were comfortable and Caravan was very clean - in fact spotless.

The twin room was freezing for our guest, so unable to sleep the first night. The main double room with ensuite was perfect for us and didn't need any heat.

Fabulous location especially for water activities on Loch Lomond, fantastic views. Park and accommodation spotless and well maintained.

Only minor issue is the very busy main road makes it a bit difficult to get in and out of the camp, and since the camp shop is not massively well stocked, a drive to the nearest town for supplies is needed.

Location could not be bettered - fantastic view over the loch and access for watersports. Lodge was comfortable.

A bit of litter around the lodge - plastic and cigarette ends which wasn't pleasant. Shower head was broken and one of the bedroom drawers. Side door did not close or lock properly. Not really enough crockery for six people (fortunately there were only three of us). Beds weren't super comfortable and the lodge was freezing cold on our first morning - we managed to turn the heating up after that. Annoying having to take the rubbish to the gate.

Excellent location and park for the children

Check in communication on the day. We arrived at the time we stayed but had to wait a while to be seen.
