Very nice location a bit out of town but definitely walking distance! Super clean and comfortable. Large bathroom! There are some great walks behind the house to the castle. Carol was very welcoming and check in was a breeze!

I liked everything! Carol asked if I would like a “continental breakfast” for the morning, in my mind this is a scone and a cup of coffee for 10 pounds, so I declined. The next morning, as I was heading out for a walk, I peaked into the cute dining room and saw folks enjoying quite a spread of meats, cheeses, breads, fruits and real breakfast! Then I wished I had said yes! Carol, maybe put up a picture on the door of the dining room, of all that you offer for your continental breakfast, because, seeing is believing! Wow very generous!

Lovely Victorian home decorated in Scottish style. Lavish breakfast with endless individual pots of tea or coffee. The spread was incredible, featuring so many different cheeses, meats, pastries and several varieties of scrumptious croissants! The selection of fresh fruits, yogurt and of course, cereal too. Don’t skimp by skipping the breakfast! Fabulous host and staff. The en suite is lovely, with fluffy white towels.

Be aware that all guest rooms are up a gracious staircase. Be prepared for a climb to your room.

Lovely view from the window watching ferries go by. Nice to be able to make tea in room. Wee fridge in room for milk etc. Lovely shower. Chairs by window to sit and look out. Nice and quiet but not too far to walk along seafront to nice shops and restaurants. Lovely buffet breakfast. Very nice host. We ate dinner at Cuan Mor - excellent.

Should have booked the refundable option as one of our party couldn’t make it. Informed the host but no refund from booking.com. We were up two flights of stairs, but nice view from up there.

The host was lovely and very accommodating regarding breakfast (I am gluten free). Great location in Oban overlooking the bay, with parking! Continental breakfast was a very welcome change from cooked. the choice was amazing. there is a separate, but very reasonable charge for breakfast. Dining room had great views of the bay outside. Easy walk into Oban. Room was quiet, spacious with the addition of a fridge. Self check in worked well.

Sadly our room did not have a sea view (but lots of rooms do!) Decor not really our taste, but for some it would be really special and romantic.

The room was very cosy and the house and downstairs was cute. Breakfast was very good

I tried contacting the staff by Whatsapp and text message about the parking, since we needed to leave the car behind other cars and block them, but didn't get a reply. But we figured it out at the house that we needed to take a note to fill out with your details to the car window that if other people need to leave before you, they can call you to move the car away.

We loved the breakfast and the kindness of the people who were there for us. We loved the decoration. We were delighted that we could have a twin room (my husband is disabled and this made life so much easier for both of us). We loved that there were seats and space outside to sit all day if we wanted to. We also enjoyed the absence of crying/boistrous children.

Car parking was a bit tight (but it was ok so long as the person trapping you in was able to be contacted and then move). A walk-in shower would have been helpful for my husband as he could not negotiate the sides of the bath but we only stayed 2 nights so we made do.

We had an amazing stay! Myself and partner arrived at 4pm with our 4 month old son. We stayed in the studio behind the B&B. It was beautifully presented, nice and quiet & very comfortable. The owners made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived & offered us a free continental breakfast. Carol even left chocolate bunnies for our son as soon as she found out he was there which was so kind. Loved every minute!

Nothing we didn’t like! I think the only thing we missed was the view of the sea but if you’d like that then you could just book a room in the B&B :) The seafront is only down the path as well so all good.

Warm greeting from Catherine. Quirky but stylish rooms. Lovely seafront location and views, with great loungers out front.

Front entrance area is a bit cluttered, mish-mash of tatty toys, second hand shop junk, bit of a ‘charity shop’ look. Rooms much more stylish. Lovely furniture in room, but maybe one too many chairs, hard to make room for two suitcases. Daughters room missing shampoo and shower gel/soap

We asked for a sea view and it was perfect - the room came with 2 chairs from which we could admire the view. Carol and the staff were very customer focussed and nothing was too much trouble. They were around to assist with the check in and check out. We didn’t opt for a breakfast but it certainly looked nice. Quiet location and a lovely walk to Oban and the restaurants.

The room was beautiful and the bathroom was modern and well appointed. We really appreciated the 2.30 check in time and the chance to have an early breakfast as we were getting a ferry to Mull. Breakfast is in the room but with hot croissants and toast, no complaints!

Nothing. Loved it!
