I really liked the fact that you could hear no traffic noise, no pub noise and no people noise here. We parked the car right near, we used the BBQ, the breakfast was nice. We had personal trouble lighting the hot tub burner but the owners of the inn very kindly helped us out. I was unwell the second day and my partner bought me breakfast to the chalet from the inn and the owner let me sleep in past check in a couple of hours and was really kind. They gave us a future discount if we stay again due to us not managing to light the hot tub and me feeling unwell. These people are so nice. There are some little chickens on the hill near the chalet too. The place is a 20minute drive to Longleat safari park and the centre parcs spa. There is a large Asda no very far away too where we bought the BBQ meat. If you want to stay somewhere quiet, run by nice people, near some attractions and close enough to a supermarket then this is it. The BBQ is under a covered porch and there are outside chairs so you could still have a BBQ and a hot tub even if it's drizzling.

We stayed in room 1 which was very spacious and made travelling with a very small baby a lot easier. The host Peta was so welcoming and helpful and made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was great for us as we went to a wedding nearby. It's in a lovely setting. There isn't very much phone signal but the hotels WiFi is good. The breakfast was great aswell.

There are no negatives for us.

The host was very welcoming,very helpful,Frome was lovely.thanks for telling us about it. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the food was simply amazing,could not fault anything.

When we arrived it was pitch black,maybe a few more lights would be great especially in the car park.

The location was excellent for a family honeymoon trip to the safari park. Our two little girls where our flower girls at our wedding and this was a joint honeymoon to spend some quality time together.

The wood for the hot tub was to damp to light the first night but was quickly remedied the second night.

The host was lovely and she gave clear instructions of where to find the key on arrival and was friendly when I met her to hand her the breakfast form. Room was lovely and clean and bed was comfortable, we stayed in the family room as 2 adults and 4 kids. Two of them ended up sharing the sofa bed which is plenty big enough and then two single beds and a double. Area is nice and quiet. Breakfast was nice with a small range to choose from. Great place to stay for Longleat

Maybe have a choice of white/brown bread for the bacon sandwich as came on brown bread but family would have preferred white. We didn't have a pen for breakfast form lol

The owners were extremely lovely, welcoming, and very accommodating! We were so pleased with our stay in their Pippin hut, very cozy, a great location to unwind and relax, and what a bonus to wake up with a lovely view to sheep and chickens while having your morning brew!

Very cosy, room was a very good size, bed was comfy, didn’t want for anything. The room had the heating on in prep for our arrival which was a nice touch coming in from the cold. The check in process and key collection was seem less and the pre breakfast order worked really well. The breakfast itself was very good quality and cooked to perfection. The hosting at breakfast was very welcoming and attentive.

The lighting in the bathroom was poor, only thing I could think of

Great hosts, very accommodating and kind. One of our family had to stay behind and rest one day and they check on her and brought her food etc. very nice people! Dinner was great too, but you must coordinate in advance.

Parking lot is not flat so you park on a slight hill that can make packing more difficult. But this is the only minor thing I can think of.

The Vobster inn is set in a beautiful area. Lots of open space with free parking. The host was lovely and we met her at breakfast as check in is done remotely. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious with a smart T.V and a lovely clean bathroom too. Tea and coffee making facilities were included as well as plenty of milks and sugars. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. You pre order the night before but was cooked to perfection with a great choice available. Will be returning if in the area again😊
