Loved the size of place, bedroom was huge and cozy. I especially liked the sofa chaise lounge and of course, the Highland Cow print in the lounge!!! Nice touch to leave us milk, cereal and butter and jam. Went well with the best ever, seeded sourdough, I bought from a local bakery. ("Reeve's") Communication from host (Liam) was very good,as was the paper and digital welcome info (a 1st from any place I have stayed at.) I really felt place was perfect for family, couples, workers or friends...would meet everyone's expectation. Check in was so simple. Great to be near Iceland and Tesco and plenty of places of interest nearby...LOVED "Husseys Almhouses" next door...architecture amazing locally and plenty of medeival historic info. Like being able to follow on Social media and hopeful of offers to meet my budget to stay again!

Patio area has potential for summer and a real bonus when given the makeover it deserves! Was glad to hear from the Hosts that they are imminently having it painted. Few plants and a bistro table would be fabulous. Bathroom needs modernising suite wise but shower was good. Hallway musty and needs a lick of payment to really make place a 10/10. That said honestly the comments are not complaints, just constructive feedback and in no doubt the very committed Hosts will take on board. Thank you x

Great location as everywhere in the centre of the city is only about 10/15 minutes walk away, making this a really affordable apartment. It is comfortable, with easy to use central heating and easily suited our group of 6 friends, as we went out exploring and there are plenty of great places to eat within easy walking distance. We had a great stay with good communication from the owners/managers. .

Traffic noise in the bedrooms ( the apartment is on a main road) and no showers, but baths. We had access to a second bathroom on the ground floor but some of us weren't keen to use it at night.

The facilities were excellent and every effort had been made to ensure a "home from home" feeling. There were many extras in the apartment including fresh coffee, cereals, etc. The bonus for us was a small outside courtyard area where we could hang our washing out, and they even provided washing powder (we had been travelling for several days and needed some laundry done).

We were under the impression that there was limited car parking on site but an alternative car parking system was available close by. When we arrived there was no parking and the car park was in a supermarket and totally inappropriate for us. We did find our own solution to the problem but if we had not known the area it would have been a major problem. The owners should make the parking situation clearer.

I liked having the space. The towels and comfy bed. Being able to ring if I had any questions. Well fitted kitchen which I envied. Good local pubs and residents

The steps down from each floor. The cornflake which broke my tooth. The noisy other apartment's residents which slamed the doors and woke us early on the Friday morning outside the building. Shower could have been bigger and was difficult to turn off

The apartment is a good size, was warm and inviting, and in a central location. I was staying with my parents ahead of attending a family get together. My parents had the bedroom and I had the sofa bed which was comfy enough. We cooked in on the first night and used the kitchen to make our dishes for the family gathering the next morning, the kitchen and apartment are very well equipped.

My only comment is there weren’t enough towels for all 3 of us but luckily my parents had bought some with them.

Convenience of location, easy communication with the owners, self check in, the facilities available and plentiful storage.

Due to the limited space, the shower wasn't very accessible as it was very small. Whilst the bed was fine for myself, it's too soft for heavier individuals. No other issues.

Perfect location, was very convenient to have a washing machine as well. Liam was very helpful and friendly.

There was a man painting in the front hallway one morning. We were heading out to catch a bus and when we opened the apartment door he told us he couldn’t came out. I mean, we did anyways, but it was a bizarre interaction.

The location was great just a 5 minute walk into the centre. Owner very friendly and helpful. Booking.com gave us the wrong code for the door but was easily contacted and very helpful. Plenty of room for a family of 9. Beds comfy. Only minor points would have been good to have a shower and only 4 forks in cutlery draw. But that’s just being picky otherwise great base for our stay in Salisbury

Would have. Wen nice to have had some Kind of shower or shower attachment

Lots of space and fecilities for the money. Nice kitchen and living room. Would be good for a longer stay. Kids enjoyed the stay. Really close to the centre of town. Will stay again.

On a busy road, but you couldn't tell when you were inside. I wasn't keen on the soft mattress in the main bedroom, but my daughter loved it.

The location is central and satisfactory. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well-resourced.

There are a lot drunks, drug addicts and undesirables hanging around the street on which the apartment is located. This is a modern British malaise though, and not the fault of the apartment owners.
