Staff were nothing but helpful, polite and kind. Breakfast is decent, facilities are good, rooms are clean and tidy. Nothing really to complain about however, the heating was broken in our room it was stuck on 27 degrees and the air con wasn’t working, 11oclock at night we couldn’t cope with the heat anymore they kindly gave us another room 3 doors down, and let us keep our things in our original room so was a very easy exchange. Was of course free but they made the issue not be a big one, they were really helpful and considerate. Don’t have a bad thing to say about this place.

Only let down by a faulty toilet whose flush mechanism had ceased to function, probably due to age, wear and tear on the plunger. Reported to staff immediately, approx 10.15 pm. Resorted to flushing using plastic bin bucket as no maintenance staff nor duty manager that evening. Next day, we discussed it with duty manager Vicky. She said she’d try to arrange a free dinner and breakfast for our next stay (in any B&B Hotel if possible, please.) Although the broken flushing system was unfortunate and inconvenient, our overall experience, especially with staff members Vicky and India, was very positive. We look forward to receiving and using our voucher, and becoming frequent clients on our travels around Germany and France, where we have seen your hotels.

The room is very good, (I just thought that the bathroom sink tap was too far away, and uncomfortable, because it wets the sink counter a lot). The staff are excellent, I didn't use the breakfast because I had an appointment, and the place I went to already had breakfast. I congratulate the administration and all the hotel's employees, my evaluation is 100%.

I think the breakfast as per other hotels will never meet my requirements. It seems every hotel only offer pork products which unfortunately I do not eat due to my religious beliefs. The staff were all wonderful and accommodative

The staff were marvellous. From the arrival to my departure I have nothing for praise. I had to change the room on arrival as I had actually made a mistake by booking one bed instead of two but I was immediately offered another room

Good parking and en route to where we need to be

No on seemed to know how to do anything! Car park fee added 3 times, couldn’t bring up my reservation as it had been accidentally deleted, no invoice on check out, 3 days chasing to get something that resembled what I’d booked and paid for. We have used this hotel a few times but seems the new company can’t organise anything.

Nice quiet hotel, great staff, very helpful, breakfast ok, easy to get to.

The hotel charges for parking at weekends in what is really an industrial park. Last week they charged £5, this week £6. Not necessary. Toilet flush needs to be looked at as toilet keeps flushing unless to press multiple time. This was the case last week and again this week and some maintenance needed to room doors. That said, the staff make up for these malfunctioning issues

Literally would struggle to complain , everything was of high standard from rooms to staff. Was a lovely stay, very convenient location and overall enjoyable time. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

If I had to choose something to moan about it would be the fact you have to pay for parking even though it’s fairly cheap and we had an issue with our key card not working properly but it wasn’t a massive inconvenience and was resolved very quickly.

Staff were great. location is fantastic for work in that business park. Dinner was very tasty. Double bed was comfy and I got a good night's sleep.

The room I had this time was cold and the wall heater struggled to get it warm. The breakfast was out of bacon and sausage at the time I arrived,although sorted later. The rooms are definitely getting very tired but I understand that there is going to be a totaal refurb in February.

Great location for motorways. Impactful decor in the room & bar area. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds & great shower, feather duvets but have the option to swap if suffering from allergies. Also extremely clean. Great selection of herbal teas available.

The housekeeping staff accidentally opened the door while we were still sleeping & before check-out time. Also, you can really hear people in the corridor if they’re speaking.

Very nice room, plenty of space in the room and great size bathroom. Perfect for an overnight stop, quick drive to the shops and a few restaurants. The parking was great and felt secure. The location was ideal, just off the main road. Would recommend for an overnight stay, much better than expected!

Being so close to the main road you could hear cars during the night, and could hear people in the hallway until quite late.
