The dinner was really tasty - I just had the starter BBQ pork belly with a side of fries as not really hungry but the pork was amazing! And the pianist was a lovely touch. The room was a decent size and comfortable. On my visit the ladies' changing room had flooded but spa staff were really good at offering other options (e.g. wearing robe back to my room to dress there after my swim)

It was all fine for what I expected at that price, nothing particularly let it down. Staff could have been a bit more engaged/personalise service but in no way felt neglected. Decor a bit tired in places but generally clean and well presented

This hotel is exceptional - the room was large, roomy and had every facility we could have asked for from a spectacular bathroom, a massive and comfortable bed, to an ironing board, fridge and safe all very well tucked away. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious and served with a smile. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the meal was excellent and the lovely waiter was very attentive. My friend has limited mobility but access was excellent and the facilities in the room met her every need. Thank you for a great stay - we were only sorry it was so short that we didn't have time to experience the spa etc. Hopefully, we'll be back!

I try so hard to think of something to write here so I can provide some well balanced feedback - sorry I can't think of anything negative!!

On arrival we were informed that the Restaurant menu was 'the same as the bar menu' which was not that inspiring. However, on dining in the Garden Room we were informed of 'Chefs Specials' menu. The food from this menu was absolutely wonderful - well up to Michelin star standard - and we we spoke to Executive Chef Rajesh who is obviously very talented. All of the restaurant staff were delightful and very attentive on both nights we dined. The piano playing was an added bonus. Excellent evenings. Our room was very spacious, clean, with a brilliant rain shower and comfy bed.

It would have been nice to able to sit on the upper terrace in the early evening for a pre-dinner drink but tables all reserved for a wedding party. Apart from that nothing to dislike.

Location. Food. Our experience was overall enjoyable. Mainly because we went for the spa use. We thought the food quality was spot on. Staff were great. Surrounded in area and location met our standards

What didn’t meet my expectations of what I booked. Cleanliness was very poor. Gym machine were very dirty. Spa sauna and steam room floor under the seat were very dirty. Tables outside and in the bar were sticky and dirty. Carpets through the entire hotel were dusty and dirty. No toilet paper or hand soup in spa men’s toilets. Rusty dirty toilet holder in spa mens toilet. Number on room doors are hanging upside down and looks tatty. They’re lots of maintenance jobs that need doing and some serious daily cleaning jobs. I only wanted to stress this becuase I loved everything else about my stay. Don’t want these daily manger jobs to ruin it. I’d like to return by no n the state it was in.

Every person within the hotel was incredibly kind, helpful and polite. The spa was amazing, the food was fantastic - we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything even the cocktails were brilliant. The hotel itself was beautiful, the superior room we stayed in was huge and the bath was a bonus. We had a really nice stay. Mark the manager was really considerate and helped us with a private matter, we couldn't have felt more at ease and he checked in on us throughout our stay so for this I want to say thank you! We will be returning in the future so we can explore the area more!

Nothing to fault

Overall a lovely hotel just perfect for our stay. Staff were very friendly at the reception at check-in and check-out. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and my daughters enjoyed swimming. The family room was a great size for us and the fact that there was plenty of room for the 4 of us along with separate spacious beds for our girls was fab and made for an easier stay. Everywhere was very clean and tidy.

Unfortunately, 2 of our meals in the sportsman's bar were cold when we received them, however, the staff and chef sorted this out quickly for us. The staff in the breakfast room could have been friendlier and although it is self-service, I felt we were very much left to our own devices. It would have been preferable to have had some interaction. Finally, I was told in the spa/swimming pool area that I could have 15% off a treatment however they were fully booked while we were there.... it would have been nice to have been notified of this offer beforehand.

The best feature for us was the spa but I couldn’t fault the hotel at all. All staff were very friendly, everywhere was very clean. Check-in was smooth and the receptionist even let us in an hour early which was great. We headed to the spa where we had complimentary towel, gown and sandals hire and then to the pool side with a beer, followed by a dip in the jacuzzi where the spa staff brought us another drink to have while we were in there! Sauna and Steam room were perfect and the tropical shower was great. Changing facilities were clean and there was a powerful hair dryer and really nice branded facial cleaners and moisturisers as well as shampoo and conditioner. We had the standard room and it was plenty big enough, we stay at a lot of hotels and this was far biggest than most standards, VERY CLEAN. Tv worked fine and good tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was lovely, full English and continental and staff were friendly, again very clean! 10 minute drive to Worcester Christmas markets and shops. Cheap petrol station opposite and farm shop with cafe and small local businesses. Free parking on site. We can’t wait to return!!!

There was nothing to not like

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a nice size, well decorated and clean. The spa facilities are excellent and the breakfast was delicious.

The mattress didn’t feel high quality, but the padded mattress protector meant we still slept well. Not the best location if you don’t drive as although there is a bus stop a 5 minute walk away, the buses aren’t at all frequent and there’s no service on Sundays. The taxi fare into the town centre varies wildly between companies- we paid between £12 and £20.

The breakfast selection was exceptional, as were all of the staff I encountered at the Hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfy. The room was a good size and also comfy.

The Spa, pool and treatment areas are all accessed by many stairs (or at least the signs I followed took me up and down several staircases). As I am less mobile these days, an easier access from where my room was situated would have been appreciated.

It was situated local to where we were visiting. The staff were very accommodating and polite always asking if you needed anything. They added to our long weekend which was a birthday celebration made better by an upgrade to a suite which had views of the Malvern Hills. The room, the food and the staff where all great and a big thank you to all for making our stay one to remember 😀
