I was thankful I didn't have to ask for fresh towels. They simply provided the service needed. That's hard to come by these days.
I was disappointed there was no coffee pot in the room.

The management was top notch! They are a very friendly and down to earth couple. The maintenance man was Tony! He was so awesome! We had a small problem with the volume on our TV and Tony got it right away. Coolest thing was we ended up hanging out and talking with him for quite a while! We actually very much enjoyed getting to know him! Highly recommend this place!!!

Stayed at this hotel many times over the last 15 years with Windwood Inn, Red Roof has done a wonderful job of remodelling and cleaning up this hotel. Room was nice and clean and the bed was super soft, will definitely stay here again.
No interior service, no breakfast......

I’ve stayed a few different times here and the manger or owner recognizes me each time. They are pet friendly which is a plus since I always have my mini Aussie with me. The rooms have always been clean and the beds here are comfy. The rooms always have extra towels and they have a fridge. It’s quiet despite being off the main road but you can hear the ambulance and fire trucks. (Doesn’t bother me but may someone else). The staff have always been kind and will help you with any issues you have pretty quickly. I’ll continue to stay here when I’m in the area for work.

I like the the price the room was nice and the bed were wonderful I haven't had a bed in a hotel that was completely that comfortable in a long time I have back issue so it really helped serta mattress I loved it
The pool was very small even though I didn't get in did the property

Robin Baxley Knowles was extremely friendly, great customer service oriented and very accommodating. I will recommend.

The convience of the hotel
Cleaning staff was seemingly rushing us to check out before the check out time. The queen size beds were seemingly hard, and took a while to fall asleep.

The staff were very polite and courteous. She replaced the linens with some better and refreshed the entire the room. The rooms had recently been remodeled and were very nice.
The bed linens were stained. The linens were washed because you can smell the detergents but apparently the detergents were not good are removing stains.

the room smelled so good and it was extremely clean!
it looked a little sketchy when pulling into it but you can’t judge a book by its cover!
