The man night time manager was amazing. He is what made our stay perfect! We checked in super late due to a softball tournament going way over time and needed to wash some uniforms. It was past the time but he allowed me to go in anyways. This to me is great customer service. He went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy. I would most definitely stay their again.

The beds were not queen beds like it said online and the were super hard. The breakfast was ok nothing great but ok for what it was. Other than that everything was very good.

Really nice view from one side of the hotel was really nice. Unfortunately, our room was already assigned/could not/would not be changed. Breakfast was hot, several options for both food and drink. Room was big, bathroom left a little bit to be desired size-wise, but was otherwise workable.

The floors in the room were a little sticky upon entry to the room. This was probably from whatever cleaning process is used. My spouse thought the bed was a little hard, but I had no issue with it. It's one of those things that is a matter of personal preference.

Someone decided to leave feces in the elevator(this is a mental heath condition and not a reflection on their environment), and we were the ones who found it and reported it. It was cleaned up so fast and so well that you would have never known it ever happened.

I accidentally double booked my room & was charged the full amount for a room I didn't use. I reported it, and the property said they would work on it, but still, I have heard nothing back.

The breakfast area and choices could have been better. Only 1 coffee pot, creamer choices not typical and they ran out of choices a few days into our stay, the only fruit offered was apples, no bananas or citrus.

Great beds and generally clean room. Good value for money and a decent breakfast buffet. Easy to find off the interstate. The checkin process was quit and there is a yummy BBQ restaurant nearby for dinner.

There wasn’t much around the hotel to do in the evening. Not able to walk anywhere - have to drive. The perfume on the main areas and halls was overpowering and triggering if you have sensitivities to scents.

they charged me $35 for my cat. total was over $200 for 1 night, this was not a high class place. I don’t feel a traveler with 1 cat with no claws should be charged the same as a person with a dog. there’s no comparison .

My favorite thing about the property was the price. it was an amazing price. The quality was just right for the one night that I was there. The staff was nice. The hotel was easy to locate.

The surrounding area was a little sus (suspect), but the actual hotel was nice enough on the inside.

I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to visit Comfort Inn Birmingham Homewood for the first time. When I walked in the Comfort Inn, I was greeted with smiles from the staff. The check-in and check-out process was a cinch. Fellow guests were kind and respectful. I rested so well. The room was very clean and welcoming. I was delighted about the price. I look forward to visiting the Comfort Inn again soon. "Comfort" is the name, and "Inn" is the game. This place is a sheer delight.

a lot of parking space and very clean

my wife and I are seniors and had been driving over 8 hrs. and was really tied when we got there but they didn’t have it where you could check in on arrival. My wife found several other that would have let us check in but I had to pay Comfort Inn in advance, so we had to wait in our car for 7&1/2 hrs. before we could get in our room.. That’s one thing they need to change.

Staff was very kind and friendly.

Original booking was down graded instead of the upgrade I paid for. I made a second booking and stood my ground to get the non-refundable booking cancelled. Booking.con says inn had to make the decision and the inn said the opposite. I didn't get charged for the reservation that was wrong.
