The property was very nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and check-in/out was very smooth. The housekeepers came by everyday and collected our trash and left clean towels. The newly renovated rooms were very clean and nice. The TV had great channel choices.

The bathroom was very small and the shower was pretty dirty. We did our own cleaning to the bathroom upon arrival. The bathtub had grimy stains that wouldn’t come up and the shower head was covered in black gunk. The shower also only had an on or off option, so you weren’t able to adjust the temperature of the water.

It was nice that the rooms were recently renovated BUT there were many issues with my room in particular. The hall and room still smells like fresh paint which was really overbearing. We noticed after we arrived from a long road trip just before 1am that We had damage and missing items in our room, my sheets had a big stain in them, damage in the bathroom, the wall A/C Heater unit wasn't working properly and unfortunately much more that I had shared with the front desk manager. I had also taken many pictures that I can share on this review id needed

Bed was very comfortable, room was nice, but needed some TLC (faucet in shower had no proper handle, amenities were just laying on the counter, towels were stiff). Breakfast was good, but needs some variety (we stayed 3 nights, and had exactly the same items all 3 mornings). The staff was wonderful! Value was great! We will definitely stay here again 😊

Change up breakfast offerings. Get softer washcloths. Put a guide to TV channels in the room.

Convenience to all the places we wanted to go to. The price of the room was great. The ice maker was awesome. The shower was great, and the water was hot.

The mattress. The head of mattress was leaning down. We put several pillows at the top so the blood wouldn't rush to the top of our head. We would also lay at the bottom of the bed so we could get more comfortable. The mattress was extremely soft. The commode seat wouldn't stay up. The fan in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. TV is too small for the room.

Location.

Smelled like marijuana in the hallways. Someone was parked in the parking lot up on the sidewalk and had a small child running up and down the stairs when we came back from the store next door. There was a man in the room by the pool who was watching our truck with all our fishing gear in it, waiting to steal it most likely, when the child saw us coming up the stairs she yelled no no and he walked across the street to another hotel and the child got in the car and they left.

We normally stay In Marriotts, etc but tried this hotel and found it to be a fantastic value. The rooms was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Pillows were right size (not those little ones) and had great nights sleep. Shower had great water flow and was hot. Staff was friendly and breakfast was included and fine.

Turning left out of the property can take some time during rush hours due to traffic.

Since they were in the process of remodeling the office there was no breakfast. I understand why but it should have been posted cause when reviewing before booking it says breakfast!

Parking lot had some people drinking by their cars and broken glass in other spots needed to be swept up. The bed sheets were wrinkled like they were slept in. No problem got another set of sheets and made the bed again.

The facility was recently remodeled. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and hot.

Anyone had access to the interior of the buildings. Outside doors should have card readers for access to rooms

The renovations they've done are amazing. The hotel looks beautiful in the rooms and the lobby. The staff that I met there were extremely kind, and really seemed to care.

This stay is the first time in a long time where I didn't have anything to complain about with a hotel. They killed it
