Breakfast was great and the front desk staff very helpful and friendly!

Prior to coming here I had lost my wallet so the card I booked with I no longer had , so Brittany reached out to me to let me know that my payment wasn’t going through was able to put my new card in , instead of her just cancelling my room so I really appreciated that communication through her , The hotel was very nice and clean

I don’t have any dislike about the property , however upon check-in they do charge a $100 incidental fee

The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating. We were in room 320, the mattresses weren’t too comfortable, they seemed a little older but it was okay. We will definitely stay at this location again in the future. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and only a 5-7 minute drive to OWA.

Mattresses and adjoining door to room 318 was very loud and needs some WD40. lol

We were able to check in our hotel early. Soon as we walked in it smelled so clean. Every one was nice! We were able to to get extra washcloths and towels when needed. Everyone made us feel comfortable and welcome! Definitely would visit again!

Breakfast was okay. Pretty standard for 3 star properties. One elevator was not operating a couple of times, which is tough when a property is full. The staff, however, was exceptional! Always felt like I was acknowledged as well as appreciated.

Breakfast was very good. The attendant was very helpful. The hotel location was close to our Car Show. The hotel was easy to get to, and close to restaurants and shopping.

The noisy guests on the fourth floor above us. We learned it was children attending a cheerleading camp. Parents had to be called to quiet them down. The front desk clerk took care of that problem. However, the Manager suggested that I change rooms. I refused. Told her to make the offenders move. And I quote, " It's not my problem, YOU handle it. The third night it was very quiet !

Nothing..place was great

Did not know you had to ask for housekeeping services for making beds and used towels. I enjoy a clean towel each day. Lynleigh was excellent and gave me some clean towels. Room housekeeping gave me some hair conditioner. We left her a 10 dollar tip and thanked her. Breakfast staff lady was very on the ball and so pleasant.

Towel replacement and room service on two or mor days.

the bed was not comfortable very firm to hard not a good sleep also the bed was on the small size
