We spent 2 nights in Seward after a cruise and this hotel was absolutely perfect! The staff was amazing (shout out to Brittany, she was so nice and wonderful!). The location is perfect, not too far from the port, and close to shops and restaurants. It is a little over a mile to the actual downtown, but in the season, there is a free town shuttle that stops right out front of the hotel that will take you into town, that was super convenient. The room was very very clean and spacious, we loved the upper floor looking at the marina watching all the comings and goings and even some wildlife, and they even have complimentary binoculars in the room!!!1 The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, and the attached gift shop was so cute and had a ton of local and really nice souvenirs, local cookbooks and local books about Alaska. One of the most appropriate for the location hotel gift shops I have ever seen, really loved the book collection. Can't say enough good things, and would definitely stay here again on another Alaska visit!

This hotel is conveniently located near the train terminal for Alaska Railroad. In fact, we walked from the train to the hotel while the hotel collected our luggage from the train and transported to their facility. Check-in was easy and fast. When it was time for us to board our cruise ship, the hotel transported our luggage from their facility right to our cruise ship. Staff was excellent in their service. Breakfast was generous. The hotel is right on the water and provides a wonderful view of the harbor and the surrounding mountains.

Not a thing.

The location was amazing with excellent service. We could walk to all of the activities we wanted to do. It was very clean! Highly convenient service if you are traveling by train because they transport your luggage to and from the train for you! Breakfast was delicious with good selection.

The cost was a bit ridiculous - we would love to stay there again and for a bit longer, but I don’t think we could afford to! I also didn’t like how crowded the breakfast room was - there were no tables available when we went down to eat. They either need more seating options or better organization. There were a couple tables of adults who were done eating and just sitting and talking without independently noticing or caring that a family with 2 kids were waiting to sit down to eat.

The staff at 360 Hotel went beyond expectations with their courtsey and hospitality. We had a loud rowdy family with kids and every single question was answered with patience, a smile and a friendly attitude! Brittany especially went above and beyond, with as many people they see coming thru either before or after a cruise, you would think eventually they would get tired of the same questions, but they always were 100 % above and beyond nice!

This place was such a wonderful surprise!! It is an older hotel, but it is literally one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I even mentioned that to the front desk and they said that the manager of housekeeping makes sure to go through each room multiple times with her staff to ensure cleanliness…amazing!! Also, the staff couldn’t be friendlier. I felt so welcome. The breakfast was fantastic and so was the coffee. The area we ate breakfast in was so roomy and clean. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Seward!!!

The beds were super comfortable and the view was lovely.

The sound proofing wasn’t great. There happened to be a lot of kids there who were running up and down the halls unsupervised and they could have been in our room. Brittany took amazing care of us and recognized the issue immediately, moving us to a quiet lovely room.

Front Desk Agent upon check in went above and beyond for our family. When he noticed we had four children traveling with is, he immediately offered us a rollaway and brought it directly to our room. Once we entered our room, and waiting for the rollaway, we realized we could have had a Balcony. When the agent got to our room, we had inquired about a room change if available. He went directly back to the desk to get us swapped. Within 15 minutes, we were checked in, delivered a rollaway AND room swapped. Absolutely will stay here during our future Seward Adventures. Now for the room; Very clean, basic two queen bed(quite comfortable actually) with suuuuuper comfy pillows. comfortable sized tub/shower for a quick soak in a nice sized bathroom. This room has been very comfortable for our family of six.

Can’t say I have any dislikes.

We had a balcony room overlooking the marina and it was brilliant. So glad we splurged out on it. Watching the marina kept us occupied with the harbour activity (my husband is a skipper of a pilot boat). Room was spacious with comfortable seating. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was very basic considering the cost of the room (ie it was pricey!) but adequate. We only managed to snag one night there out of the four nights we had in Seward as it was booked out all the time. Started looking for a room six months before our arrival in late August. But loved it and it was probably worth it.

Very expensive

Location was great! We arrived from the cruise ship, had a shuttle waiting to take us a short distance to the hotel, and took the Major marine tour that departed from boat ramp out back! Left town on the train which was 2 min walk and they checked out luggage from the hotel all the way through to our end destination. Convenient!

We did laundry and there were only 2 washers working. Very busy, as lots of people were using the facilities being close to the cruise terminal.

The location was great! The room was comfortable. Laundry facilities were clean. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Cruise ship busses periodically take over the parking lot, which is small to begin with. They blocked us in and refused to move when my husband asked them to pull forward just a few feet so we could leave. Hotel staff had to come out and ask them to move. Several laundry machines were out of order.
