After reading all the reviews I was afraid I will have a very bad experience. I don't know where the reviews are coming from but the resort was actually clean and decent. I stayed 2 nights but made different reservations for each night (plans changed). After my first night I went to the front desk and asked if I can stay in the same room. Dee was extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to help me stay in the same room and gave me a discount for the second night!! Location is wonderful. It's not a 5 star hotel and you shouldn't expect that, but it's a great hotel with 2 restaurants, a coffee shop and a gift shop. Plus the pool and a huge parking lot

Nothing I can think of. I just wish people did not leave such bad reviews of this place. I was terrified of going.

Gorgeous place. We chose this for the proximity and views of the lake, and I'm glad we did. Clean, spacious, safe.

The only ick was from whoever the late night receptionist was. We rolled in around 1 am which yes, is obnoxious, but the lady who checked us in made it seem like an inconvenience. In the morning when I tried to login to WiFi, I had to go to the reception where I was informed the lady had never actually checked us in or put us in the system. Strange, but wasn't truly an issue. The entire staff in the morning were all very cheery, professional, and welcoming enough to make up for the weird night lady.

Nice location. Good view but the balcony was narrow with a tall wall so you could not sit and enjoy the view. The room and grounds were clean but the resort is old and showing its age. The morning breakfast buffet and omelet station were very good and the wait staff was attentive. Dinner at the Rainbow room was excellent and our waitress was outstanding.

Our room was on the second floor and was the first one at the top of the stairs. We experienced loud talking late night and early morning as people came and went from their rooms. We also experienced unsupervised young kids running up and down the stairs while playing around 11pm one night.

The location was not only beautiful with a view that can't be beat with the added bonus of being a small resort with 2 restaurants (plus a bar in the marina), coffee shop and two pools but it is also a great location to visit Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell. The rooms are not fancy but the beds were comfortable and had everything you needed for a great stay. I highly recommend getting a room with a balcony and lake view to get the full benefit of the property.

This was not an issue for us because we have a National Park Pass but the resort is within Glen Canyon National Park so you have to pay $35 per day to enter the park to get to the resort. The National Park Pass is $80 for a full year for all parks so recommend purchasing this instead of paying a daily fee and can use it all year.

I was a little surprised by some of the negative reviews and was honestly a little hesitant to stay there. However, the staff was friendly, the facilities are nice and clean, and we really enjoyed the beautiful views and nice room. I would recommend it for travelers going to Page, AZ and the surrounding area.

They weren´t able to accommodate early check in, but that was also fine (I get it). They stored our items simply behind the counter in a non-secure area, and I think perhaps that could have been maybe planned differently for guests in the future.

The views, the location, the outdoor hot tub, the pool and the pool and hot tub location on the property. The restaurants were fabulous and the service was spectacular. Rooms were very clean. patio area off of 1st floor rooms was very attractive with a good view. Loved it here but have some health improvement remarks below on next question

Need microwave in each room. Pool needs to be heated. Half of the jets in the Hot Tub did not work. The towels ran out at the pool. Heaters need to be installed around pool for lounging about, Pool bar needs to stay open later with more adult beverage options. Beach needs to be upkept more. Needs more sand. Need to have beach chairs and umbrellas available. Need to cash in on that beach. It is such an attraction. A Resort in the desert with a pool and hot tub next to the beach in the desert. An Oasis. See my point. That is a Big selling point of this resort---so get that beach looking better. Update rooms. Loved the decor and copper sinks but need polished more. Vanity wood needs to be re-stained. Recusants were a little expensive.

Nice hotel/resort in an absolutely beautiful location. The views from the restaurant was breath-taking. Friendly and helpful staff. Good room, albeit in terms of the bathroom, the sink was separated from the toilet which is really bad design. Ok pool (there are two), could be bigger, it was really crowded. Two options for dining, both okay. Ok breakfast. Also a Starbucks available. Highly recommended - surprisingly great experience.

All good.

Great location being right on Lake Powell! We had some lovely views. Not from our hotel room but from a park bench, which was fine with me. Check-in was smooth. Easy to find the property and our room.

The bathtub was super slick, the bathtub faucet leaked all night, and the air conditioner was noisy. We told the staff about this at check out and she wrote everything down, taking care to make sure everything was noted. I felt that was a good proactive effort on her part.

From Australia, second stay, first 2010, great experience. Double queen room with view of lake, fabulous. Had dinner at the on-site pizza restaurant. Great food. Had a buffet breakfast in main restaurant the following morning, food was great as were the staff.

Although the room was of a good size and the beds comfortable, the carpets were dirty, needed to wear footwear otherwise your feet got grubby. Maybe it was just this room, but not a good look.

Grounds well maintained

Room looking a little shabby. Dresser scratched. Interior paint of hall door chipped. Copper bathroom bowl stained. Lanai door sealed shut. Served a Caesar salad in restaurant that had no dressing on it. had to ask for extra dressing when I was still trying to figure out what was up with salad. Halfway through decided there was no dressing to start with.
