After getting stranded in Phoenix for the night due to American Airlines, the kindness and efficiency of two particular staff members lifted my spirits and made my brief stay a positive and pleasant experience. Vivian set up transportation to the hotel for me and was clear and patient when answering my questions. She was super-helpful and friendly throughout the check-in and check-out process. When I arrived, another hotel guest was being belligerent and aggressive with Vivian at the front desk. I was amazed at the patience she showed as she de-escalated the situation beautifully. Elora assisted me in the morning with how breakfast worked and the shuttle to the airport. She drove me there safely and efficiently. Throughout, Elora was likewise an absolute pleasure - friendly, helpful, and patient. Especially considering she rotten day and evening I had otherwise been having due to some airline shenanigans, the stay I had changed my mood and lifted me up, and this was almost completely due to the incredible kindness and thoroughness of Elora and Vivian at the front desk. Thank you so much. Ooh -- very solid breakfast and fair pricing as well. Thank you again!

I booked this place in an emergency. I arrived a few hours after I booked it. I waited in the lobby, and they were able to get me in my room early. Breakfast was good. The area was kept very clean. My driverless car drove off with my phone. The first gentleman at the desk was unfamiliar with Waymo but Oked knew about this company and was able to assist me. I used the computer in the lobby. I was not able to sign on my laptop, so the first gentleman came to my room and got me signed on. I needed a wakeup call at 4 am to catch my flight but my phone did not work. Oked was great, he knocked on my door at 4 am so I did not miss my flight. Oked is an asset to your company. He helped me in any way he could.

The room was a bit tired. The carpet edge next to the bathroom door was ripped and it exposed the floor underneath. The pool lounge chairs are worn and torn. The pool was cold.

Nice staff but understaffed

Terrible shuttle service and took forever to contact front desk because 3 calls were messages & final call pick-up wasn't until 45 min. from first. After some discussion about there being no shuttle (despite confirmation saying there would be) and saying that Lynx only came to the south side--we were on north--she finally agredd to pay for a taxi, which she should have in the first place. There will be no more Country Inn & Suites for us.

Rooms were clean smelled good. We were able to get to our room no problem even as they are doing remodeling on their 1st floor

Even though our room was clean and we got an early check in. Once we got back to our room at 1am we realized we didn't have water in our shower. We called front desk and we were given a suite with working water in the shower, the main TV infront of the bed was stuck in the intro channel. 2nd TV in the sitting area worked. Just a little bump in the stay but will come back when we are in town.

the staff was beyond amazing! not once was I disrespected by them. I didnt get their names but all of the front desk women and housekeepers treating me better than my family. such a great team.

the only issue I had was with other people staying there. the person in front of me asked if I spoke Spanish (as I was in my pj's) I said kinda and they continued with their issues. the staff understood my frustrations and I appreciate them for everything

The rooms are more than decent, it was a good two-day stay, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the only thing I noticed was that the room had a smell, I couldn't figure out what it was, but it wasn't something that wouldn't let us enjoy the two nights. Totally recommended, I will stay there again when I return since my son is attending Grand Canyon University and we will be traveling 2-3 times a year. Breakfast is included, which is very good. Let me tell you that breakfast is complete, omelettes with vegetables, cereal, whaffles, hot coffee, tea, bagels, The service of the staff in the breakfast room is excellent, attentive to ensure that everything is fine and if you need anything.

Convenient to airport, shuttle included and driver very friendly. Staff accommodating and Explained new owners and changes were to be made. Great Breakfast!!

TV argh!! Walk out the front to get to the pool?, raining so didn't investigate. My room was for disabled. (Which I didnt need but that was ok) the only thing that would classify as accommodating disability was the grab bar in the shower. Possibly there were other rooms more accessible? But maybe something the new owner should address?

I had the best stay at Country Inn & Suites thanks to Lisa, who helped me check-in. I was checking in after a long, frustrating day of canceled flights and call after call trying to get another flight booked for my travels. My priceline booking was not showing up when I arrived at Country Inn & Suites, and yet despite this not being her fault, Lisa went above and beyond to get me checked in and ensure that I had a restful, relaxing stay. I will definitely be booking directly with this hotel in the future, mainly because of the exceptional experience I had with Lisa!

The actual hotel experience was fine….and the front desk was helpful when we called and were lost…there are 2 locations with the same address of 479O University Dr…and one of them is in Mesa..even with the address in the GPS..

I would like to see the website updated and/or some way of helping others not have this same issue. The staff at the front desk said this was common!? Ugh

We traveled to look for a home in the Pheonix area. We brought our daughter along. The breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable. They were in the process of some renovation, but the location was near the airport and not directly in the city. Which worked perfectly for us.

The debris of the renovation was everywhere. But that will go away once they are complete
