The location was great for a very early morning flight. The hotel was quiet. The two room executive king room was good for a family of four for a one night stay, but would be tough for more than that. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and helpful.

No cookies when we arrived. The front desk line was very long so we checked in using the app and digital key so we could skip the line. However my husband ended up having to wait anyway because we needed a parking pass for the car. That kind of defeats the purpose of being able to go straight to the room. The front desk staff seemed surprised we could check in on the app that way.

The room was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I liked how the bathroom was not in the bedroom giving more privacy.

The fire alarm went off at 5 am. There was no communication from the front desk or security. When we called the front desk to make certain it was ok to stay in our rooms after the alarm stopped he was very rude.

Spacious room. Clean. The pool was inviting. The grounds were nice. There is a restaurant on site. The shuttle to the airport goes every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. It was a relaxing and comfortable overnight stay for an early morning flight. It has the feel of a resort. Lots of outdoor seating and conversation “pits”. The price was reasonable and a good value.

The restaurant charges a service fee that is not explained and is not a tip. Just be aware. It adds to your overall bill.

I always feel the coffee is always good at hotels had mine this am before I checked out. the big adult games that kids and adults can play.

mmmm maybe the parking fees i understand it's by the airport so makes sense to charge,the gate number 2 was broken

We loved that we were able to check in early without an early check-in fee. The front desk was always helpful and nice.

The room had an off smell that I couldn't identify. We had dinner in the restaurant. The wait staff was not the best for explaining menu items and after our order was taken that person didn't speak to us until it was time for the check. The other person working brought the food and checked on us periodically. The steak was a cheap gristle cut but the edible parts were flavorful.

It was nice for the price, separate sleeping and living area. Bed was comfortable, the water was hot, and the AC worked.

Our microwave didn't actually heat anything, there were no bags in any of the trash cans, a dead bug on the floor, our kitchen sink backed up for whatever reason, we hadn't even used it. But I went to rinse my son's cup one day and there was a bunch of sediment in it, I'm pretty sure it was clean when we got there though. The back of the bathroom door could have used a wipe down. One of the front desk receptionists was pretty off putting when I called and asked if I could pre pay for our room - short answer is no apparently.

Clean and easy to navigate. I appreciate the 24hr shuttle but wasn’t able to use it since the time I needed was booked with aircrew. I ended up taking an Uber on the airport instead

Parking is inconvenient since it’s only on the sides and back. No sidewalk and it’s a kind of a walk when you have to parking way out from the entrance.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The separation of the bedroom and sitting room. The convenience to restaurants and department stores. We dined in for breakfast at Brix and it was awesome each time with superb customer service….oh and those chocolate chip with pecan cookies they give you at check in were the absolute BEST 😂

The location of the property wasn’t what expected as far as the neighborhood but no one bothered us so after being there a few days we were fine.

Very clean and a lot of room. Bed was very comfortable and the room smelled very nice. Very convenient location for attending an event at Chase Field. The hotel dropped us off at the train and picked us back up when we returned. We would definitely stay here again!

Very retro so it’s a bit dated but they keep the place clean and painted so it doesn’t look bad at all. The staff is great. I didn’t see a breakfast but it does have free laundry. Lots of games and stuff for kids in the lobby. Great views.

It was a bit dated but nothing to make me not want to stay here.
