This is a historical property right in the middle of Whiskey Row and across the street from the Courthouse Square, lovely community walk around square with large trees and benches, we love the location. The rooms are done very nicely, to period and very comfortable, we were close to hiking, kayaking and restaurants! They also have very nice event space!!

We love the location and ease of the stay. Convenient, easy to check in/out. Steve at the front desk is very helpful and accommodating. This was our 3rd stay this year.

The room we got this time was pretty small, but it was still clean and comfortable. Could use more wall outlets but it's an old building. Wish we had a small fridge in the room.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Location is prefect for exploring downtown Prescott. Room is nicely equipped and bed is comfortable.

Our room was located above the alley, which was somewhat noisy for a short time, this not fault of the hotel & it didn’t keep me from sleep, it’s the only I could come up with to answer this question.

I loved the location of this hotel and the staff was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I did not like the stairs. This made it very difficult to bring luggage up to your room and for people who have physical limitation. If there is an elevator then that should be offered to guests.

The rooms were very quirky - each one individual but great bathrooms. Coffee machine in room. Ideal for an overnight stay.

As we arrived a little late (6pm) we had to ask at a nearby shop how to contact the staff. Luckily a nice lady called the hotel number for us (I couldn't get through on my UK phone) & the guy explained the code & where our key would be. No lift & street parking.

Super clean and comfortable, great location and staff provided excellent local recommendations and directions. The shampoo and lotion were great quality.

The room door was broken and did not lock except from inside using chain, so we had to leave the room unlocked to go to dinner and breakfast.

I love the charm and amenities of this place. It was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as well. I could walk around the area shops and restaurants and not have to move my car

The bed was comfortable and the room was well insulated from the weather. We did not need to turn on the heater at all. The water for the shower was 'insta' hot, just a couple of seconds after turning on the water and it was excellent.

The stairs up to the rooms were long but, not much can be done about that.

Love the location. Love how easily accessible it is to the parking deck. Love the decor, the vibe, & the old timey bathroom with the claw foot tub. The complimentary ear plugs were also a very nice touch.

-3/4 for comfort because the bed was a little too soft for me. -Also, there was no ice available during our stay.

Old hotel with a lot of character conveniently located on Whiskey Row and across the street from the courthouse. The room was comfortable and clean. While the leaky claw foot shower was an annoyance, management quickly switched us to another room. The customer service was appreciated. There was the Back Alley Wine Bar, a fun place down the back alley from the hotel as was Limoncello, a nice little pizzeria.

No elevator and the stairs, especially the back stairs, are very steep. No fun carrying bags up and down those stairs.
