The room and pool area were so clean and beautiful! Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and when we arrived the staff was so kind and gave us delicious cookies in a cute bag. They asked if we needed anything. We stayed in room 416. When we called for towels they brought them up. We had long days spent moving our son into U of A. After we left, we forgot the iPad. I called from the airport and Renee said that housekeeping would be sending us a text. We arrived at our home in Colorado. I called again and Sarah explained we will hear back in the morning. I received the text in the morning and a call to confirm that I received the text and had no questions. The iPad arrived in great condition on Thursday! We’re definitely coming back for many more visits to see our son and this is our hotel of choice!!!

Sometimes the air conditioner would turn on when we didn’t want it to. Even when we adjusted the thermostat. Not a big issue.

Breakfast had lots of options - not usual "breakfast bar" at most hotels. The hotel team from check-in to servers in restaurant - all very friendly, professional, prompt, experienced in what they did. And always polite! After last experience in Tucson (at a different hotel) - this was 1000X better!

Not much can be done about surrounding neighborhood - which is somewhat worn. However, arriving at hotel @ 1 a.m. and needing to walk across parking lot - there was enough lighting to feel very comfortable even though property faces a busy street!

I really liked the location. All the staff was super nice and informative, I really liked that. Also, they have the best cookies in town! The landscape was nice, and there was just an overall vibe of friendly fun people. Even all the guests we met there were awesome. Shout out to my guy George at the front desk working that night shift for above and beyond customer service!! Thank you for your kindness, friendliness, helpfulness and genuineness, my kids said you made us feel like family, that says a lot!

My King suite was more than I expected, big tv, bed was comfy my room had a great view of the pool! The wristbands and towels provided for the swimming pool makes you feel like you’re at a resort, the garden and landscape is immaculate with palm trees and a nice sitting area outside. The gentleman staff we encountered were nothing but professional and super nice.

We stayed for several days and the first day we left to venture out and on our way back into the room my key didn’t work, had to go all the way back down stairs with all our belongings and children. Was a hassle.

The room was great. It was the right size for my family of 4. We enjoyed the pool and meeting the other guests there that had kids so all the children were occupied for hours.

When I booked this hotel. I looked how close it was to Tucson Comic Con and it started it was .2 miles from the Convention Center. When I arrived, I was disappointed at the location as we had to drive and pay for parking during our trip. I would have stayed at the Double Tree right next to the Convention center had I was informed correctly.

The property was very nice. Everything was well kept. I had an excellent breakfast and the staff were all polite and courteous. The bathroom was spacious with great water pressure to wash away the travel stress. The full sized towels were delightful. Having the park across the street with a nice long walking path was nice for stretching out the legs, and I found the location central to any location in Tucson, allowing for most any destination to be within an easy 15 to 20 minute commute. I would have no problem recommending this property, or staying again when I return.

The fitness facility has a definite need for upgrade. A universal machine is sorely needed.

Beautiful rooms with more than enough room. Down the room to be super clean.

The refrigerated air in the room did not keep the room cold at all. We had set the temperature to sixty eight but would not get lower than seventy, making it for a very hard night to sleep.

It was clean and cute

The staff was low energy and seemed to be bothered when approached. There was limited parking by the door with no other entry point. Just didn’t like being outside in the dark having to walk a far distance to get inside, for safety reasons.

It was close to many restaurants and all places of interest for us. The staff was awesome!

The maids did not clean our rooms on Saturday. We had no service but had towels and trash so nothing was done. Saturday evening late we had some guests arguing in the wee hours of the morning which awakened us therefore not a restful night for sleep.

We (family) enjoyed our visit very much! We really Loved the ambiance and the decor. Very comfortable beds. Very nice spacious rooms! All and All excellent stay! Plus the swimming pool was perfect. Staff and security top notch!!
