Location was fantastic! Right across the street from a main Trolley Station (you can catch any color trolley). 7 minute walk to Myrtie Mae. The room was mostly updated and VERY CLEAN. Everything was nice and neat. The window air conditioning unit was modern and fairly quiet. Mini-fridge and TV both worked and were appreciated. Check-in and check-out was flawless. We only stayed for a couple of nights, but had a great time and definitely intend on coming back.

Some of the bathroom light/fan switches did not operate. The door lock was a little wonky to operate. The windows needed cleaning. Everything else was great!

Its a good price comparable to others in the area. Room very nice, beds very comfortable. Has a small refrigerator perfect size to use for some pop and water along with a few treats in case you get hungry at night. Management and Housekeeping was very kind and helped me and husband take our belongings to the car, which BTW is very close to the door that you enter, parking is very easy and very close to the entrance. Both me and my husband has a bit of trouble walking so we were very glad to see how close everything was to the hotel entrance. And how they helped with our belongings to the car. This is our first time to the town of Eureka Springs Ark. When we go again we will use the same motel.

Quaint little place on the highway within walking distance from downtown. If peaceful and quiet is what you like, this is the place! The hosts are extremely friendly, beyond anyone we've ever encountered. It was like we had been guests for years, and it was our first. Pet friendly if that's what you need. Nice little pool to cool off in and a tower to look out over the area. Coffee and a fridge in the room. Tv with a good selection of channels if you must. All in all, one of the best places to just "get away" Did I mention friendly and welcoming. LOL, if you're not looking for anything real fancy, this is the place for you. And don't forget to give Jackson a pat on the head.

We adore this place! The owner is incredibly personable and such a joy to be around. His little lobby pup, Jackson, made us all smile. The pool is great to hang around with friends and family. And this time, instead of just staying in a regular room, we rented out the penthouse which was amazing! It was super spacious with a room for my husband and I, a room for our friend and even space for another couple if we had needed. We were able to all explore downtown, check out the reggae band that was also staying at the Matterhorn, swim, and play games around the table in the penthouse, and then have everyone go back to their own rooms for the night. Such a great set up for a group of friends. There were also families there enjoying the pool. It's just a great, reasonably priced and centrally located spot for Eureka. Highly recommend!

Honestly, this place is great. No true complaints here. Even parking is pretty easy.

We loved our suite and sitting on the balcony overlooking the street. Enjoyed talking to the owner and seeing all the guests with their dogs. It felt familiar and comfortable. Since my daughter and I have been making our trip an annual event, we will be back to this facility next year!

Our only complaint was a very loud couple who seemed always to be sitting at the pool. I don’t think they were aware of how loud they were being. Other than that, it was a very quiet and restful experience and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a central location from which to enjoy Eureka Springs.

The .location is wonderful for getting to all attractions. We loved the host. Our room was comfortable, with nice beds and pillows. It was quiet even on a full-booked holiday weekend. We had a nice fridge with a freezer section big enough for ice packs. It is a dog-friendly hotel, and we got to meet several of the guests' dogs.

We were very happy with our experience. There are limited electric plugs, but we brought a couple of multi-plug adaptors based on another reviewer's suggestion.

There’s been conflicting info on breakfast, if there was breakfast I was unaware. The property is dated, but that’s part of the charm. Based on reviews, I chose this hotel because of comments about the comfort of the beds. I was not disappointed!!! Not a fan of foam type beds or even hybrids. Beds were very comfortable!! We stayed the busy weekend before Halloween and there was no noise, very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Bought some snacks from the hotel that were unfortunately 2 months out of date and a little stale. Loved the sky light, but hated the light shining down over the bed in the morning, if only there could be some sort of blinds on it.

Chris and his sweet puppy who hangs out with him in the lobby were so welcoming to my daughter and I. He was always around to help give us info on the trolly, restaurants and more! Our hotel room was clean and really just everything we needed. Didn’t expect to have a mini fridge! My daughter loved swimming in the pool. We enjoyed our time so much, we cannot wait to come back. Wow, the hospitality was amazing! Chris, the innkeeper, gave it a real Bed & Breakfast vibe. And if you need any recommendations, just see him! You are right around the corner from downtown, you could walk if you don't mind walking up the hill back. But that's quite the hill. Luckily it's right across the street from a trolley stop! You're just a short ride from downtown. The trolley is $6 a day, and takes you all over Eureka depending on which trolley you take. The beds were extremely comfortable! Mattress felt new. We will definitely stay here again! PS they have a new lobby dog named Jackson who is such a sweetheart and loves the guests!

We don't have any complaints from our stay. It was above and beyond our expectations.

Location of the hotel was perfect, was nice and clean and lasting hot water. beds and pillows were comfy. Chris the owner was absolutely awesome!!! It was nice to have cable TV. I plan on staying here again. Love that here is a refrigerator in the room.

The only thing i would even remotely mention is maybe a microwave. Also, some plastic glasses in the room, or even glass glasses.
