We loved how friendly and helpful the owner was.They also offered a shuttle service which was nice.

The toilet seat could have been replaced. It was stained all the way around it.

Staff was good. Rooms were clean. Its a older hotel but pretty well taken care of. Good price considering it was during BBB rally. Love that the parking lot and entrance is pretty flat for our motorcycles. There is a spot for truck and trailer.

Wish we had know the pool was empty for the season. Needs new mattresses.

The staff was very informative and courteous. It's child friendly which is nice. I sent my daughter to ask a question and they didn't shun her. The room was big and spacious.

The only thing I did not like was the bed was really hard. If you like a hard bed it's perfect. But it still won't stop me from staying again.

I like how clean the room was when I came in. I also like the friendly staff and the location. The complimentary soap smelled really nice also.

I was only given 1 key for 2 people but it wasent that big of a deal. The room phone did not work.

I thought the motel was a good value. I left early and did not have the breakfast, so no comment in that regard.

The motel is a pretty good distance from downtown ES, walking really isn't an option.

The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the a/c fan didn’t blow hard enough to cool the whole room and we had to have fans brought in which got the job done

Room was really clean and there was a lot of room to spread out. When you’re riding a motorcycle and bringing everything thing into the room, it’s nice to have the extra room. There is a great restaurant called the Horseshoe Grill within a close walk. The food and service was exceptional and the prices were low. We ate 5 different meals there and each was great.

They have room on the south side of the building for more tables and chairs. It would be a perfect area for some landscaping and nice sitting area. The weather was so nice, it would have been nice to sit outside and visit.

The value was incredible! The room, beds, staff, everything was wonderful. For the price we paid our expectations weren't high, but then were entirely exceded!

Location, good rate, covered parking for my motorcycle.

Could use some updated faucets and add a keurug instead of a little coffee pot.

Outstanding service from the folks at Wagner Inn in Eureka Springs, Arkasas! We booked through the internet and Wagner Inn required no deposit and we could cancel reservation up to 24 hours before our stay, if necessary. Room was as described...clean, comfortable, complete with Microwave, mini-fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, packet of coffee, two queen-size beds, two extra blankets, first-floor room easily accommodated my husband's electric wheelchair, nice color TV with wide selection of channels, easily adjustable room heater/air-conditioner and very reasonable room rate for our 4-night stay. We will stay at the Wagner Inn every time that we visit Eureka Springs, Arkansas. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

There was nothing for us to dislike at the Wagner Inn.
