We entered the West gate of the property and greeted Christian who was very friendly who gave us our parking pass. The managing staff, Carrie and Melanie, and Winter made sure we had the needed instructions for a seamless checkin. They gave us info places to tour and restaurants in the area. They made us feel right at home. I went there to celebrate my 63rd birthday. Our stay was wonderful, more like in an apartment very clean with nice decor, well stocked kitchen our balcony faced Lake Desoto as we requested. This place is in gated community Hot Springs Village in the Ouachita mountains. The surroundings are beautiful with lots of trees walking trails along Lake Desoto. There are lots of amenities in the area to enjoy. We will definitely be coming back.

Just minor things to mention Our dishwasher did not work but was immediately fixed by Kevin.

We always enjoy our stay at Los Lagos and this was probably our 10th or so time. We love how close it is to Hot Springs and there is plenty to do on the property and in the Village. I enjoy going to the antique shops and my husband loves to golf and then in the evenings we go explore or bowl. The rooms are always clean and well stocked. The staff is amazing and even though we miss Andrea 💗 we are always well taken care of.

Property location in Hot Springs Village is awesome. Layout if property is great and always feel safe.

Dated furniture (broken sofa) in my unit. Management (Edna) said was unable to accommodate a move to different unit due to expected capacity. I didn’t understand why she would not offer a different vacant unit to me, fix the problem in my assigned unit and then give it to new arrivals. I made my stay the best it could possibly be. The broken (unstable and wobbly) sofa was stabilized by staff but after repair, it was significantly lower and uneven with attaching sofa. The piece is dated and the pillows and springs are worn internally which made sitting on any part of the couch extremely uncomfortable. I reported when upon my late night arrival via text and early the morning. Please….replace the sofa before your next guest in unit 74A.

This place has a cute woodsy charm about it. I loved all the amenities it provided inside the cabin. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the location was beautiful, sitting right on the Lake. Every time I go to visit my family in Hot Springs Village we will stay there.

The size is a step up from a hotel room with a separate bedroom and the kitchenette is perfect for anything you would need including cooking a meal.

For the basic rooms, the thermostat is connected to the room next door. When they are not booked up, it seems they give out the room with the thermostat first. But I would not want to stay in this place if I could not control the thermostat and it would surprise me if someone else liked the temperature I liked.

The place was quiet and not packed at all when we went. The facilities were clean and basically an apartment. They checked in to make sure everything was to our liking but didn't bother us. Check-in and check-out was smooth and hassle free!

I can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Perfect size for family of 4, clean inside and outside. Even though there are lots of rentals, everything feels “private” and not like a hotel. Loved the detail of communication before, during and after our stay.

Couch bed could use a new mattress, but hey—it’s a couch bed. We didn’t expect anything fancy there.

Very clean cute comfy condo. Well maintained, decorated, and oh so convenient to everything in the village. We will stay here again when we have 2 nights.

This particular stay was in the off season. We had to rent 2 nights instead of 1, but chose here and only stayed 1 night anyway because we loved it.

I always feel safe at Los Logos And the staff accommodated me with my service animal . They are always helpful and kind .

It upset me someone complained about my service animal who barked , which she has to do to alert me . That wasn’t the staffs fault at all i wish people were just more considerate of people with handicaps .

The room was excellent. Spacious and airy. The view from my balcony was great as it overlooked the water. Bed was very comfortable. The grounds were clean and well kept.
