Convenient! Our previous plans went array in Lake Tahoe so we opted to leave around 8 p.m. due to power failure. This hotel was a perfect last minute decision. I would stay here again for the gym, pool, hot tub, and to explore the town of one our states former capitols. Lots of outdoor activities to explore as well.

Nothing really. The air-conditioning was a tad loud (if I'm being nitpicky 😜) but we could definitely live and sleep with it.

The rooms were cozy but not cramped. They breakfast was a good value. The second floor had ground level entrance on the back of the building, which was helpful in moving luggage and easier on my mother-in-law. The room also had two sinks, which made it easier for multiple people to get ready and means you didn't have to fill the coffee maker in the bathroom.

The cabinet for the refrigerator and the refrigerator opened on opposite sides.

1. Helpful and pleasant staff. 2. Modern updates made the hotel fresh and pleasant. Beautiful holiday decor too. 3. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the made to order egg dishes. 4. The grounds were well kept. The areas the pool were great too. 5. Room was spacious. 6. Liked the safety bars and bathtub mat in the bathroom.1

Mattress was too firm for me.

It was very, clean, furniture and bed was very comfortable. I loved the they had a very good restaurant inside the facility where the food was excellent and they even had made to order omelets along with buffet breakfast as well. Honestly I was very pleasantly surprised. This facility is really 1st class and I know as I generally stay at a Hilton hotel group such as Hampton Inn or embassy Suites but this facility even exceeded some of those places.

The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet.. no noise issues at all.

The only thing I would change is the food at the restaurant. I very seldomly turn back a dinner, but this time I almost did, had it not been for the time. The pot pie chicken was very tough and chewy - kind of the way it may be if the pie had been sitting around a while and reheated. The wine was great and my business partner's meal was good. May have been an anomaly. Other than that, the food was served very quickly and the timing of all food was perfect. Thanks for giving me the oppoitunity.

For a Holiday Inn this was really quite good. Check in was excellent and we had a small problem with our door lock which was handled well. The breakfast waitresses act in getting e a decaf coffee for breakfast.

An escape staircase was a long way from our room. The bar closed at 9pm. There was no decaf at Breakfast to which I reacted negatively; so one of the waitresses rushed downstairs and got me a cup from the Lobby. That part was terrific

Did not eat breakfast. Location excellent. I felt so at home there that I didn’t want to leave. I could’ve made my home in that room I stayed in. Staff from front desk to cleaning crew to maintenance were absolutely service oriented. So nice and genuine also. NO noise at all until 2nd night. (I ended up staying 2 nights). Then I heard people upstairs walking. Also, both days it smelled like something electrical burning in my room. I turned a/c off but smell didn’t go away. After awhile I thought it was probably from the restaurant on the same floor as me but the hall didn’t smell and neither did my bathroom but it was a burning smell. It even woke me up.

Everything was so perfect. The pool also! What a great blessing that was. As perfect as my stay was, I thought it was a little too expensive. There’s nothing more u could’ve done to make my stay any more enjoyable but just a little too much money.

I didn’t know that Max’s didn’t open until 11:30am. So, didn’t a breakfast ticket when I registered.

Bed very firm. Too hard for me. Didn’t realize ahead of time that you had disabled rooms. Made bathroom difficult for me. Otherwise room very welcoming, clean and spacious.

Good solid quality made to order but limited breakfast. All you'll need to get the day started. Facilities are modernized and clean. staff competent and helpful. The restaurant adjoining facility is excellent and a must visit.

Limited fruit selection for breakfast, but I'm just getting picky. Everything else was fine

We stayed in a pet-friendly room with 2 queen beds facing the courtyard. There was adequate space to move around, the room was very clean, and quiet at night. We did not take advantage of the restaurant (dogs) or much of the other space (dogs). We did use the front lobby large table to play cards but one of us stayed in room with the dogs. Thank you for the dog stations outside. Access to freeway is priceless! Very centrally located.
