Raul was a diamond employee. He picked us up from the ferry timely and went the extra mile. We inquired as to we needed a microwave and did not have a microwave or fridge in our room, (the advertisement had this as well as a view of the ocean.) We were checked into room 206 the second floor corner room with no microwave or fridge and minimum view. He first said he would find us a microwave, then said no I’m going to change your room and he did. 5 star employee 😊

The female receptionist checked us into what appeared to be a room for “overflow” guests. 206 has a bed and 32” tv that’s it. As we stayed 3 nights we saw 3 other rooms available in a far better area than 206 for all 3 nights of our stay. Why we were not assigned one of the better rooms from the beginning idk😟

The location was great, and our view was amazing. The staff was very nice, and offered us a ride back in the cart down to the ferry after our stay. After reading reviews, I decided to upgrade to a room with our own kitchen so we could cook our own food and have a view and bathtub. (we did not get a room with a tub) But it was exactly what we had expected going in! Also, the hot tub jacuzzi was a great perk since we did not have a tub.

The rooms are VERY outdated, and the beds/pillows were not very comfortable. The kitchen pots and pans were unusable just because everything was so old. It was clean, but for the price I think we should have had some nicer, updated things. The location is also on top of a hill, which we didn't really mind, (except for carrying up the groceries we wanted for cooking) but could be difficult for some.

The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean. But the best part was the hospitality. We were picked up when we arrived nd showed around. Highly recommend this place and when ur there ask for RAUL. He made everything sooooo much better for us... Definitely returning there again...

I paddled over in the outrigger race. Comfy bed was great after a tiring day.

The air conditioner had condensation that dripped throughout the night.

Service was fantastic! They sent over maintenance to put up a light blocking cover on the outside of the patio door as soon as we asked. Great timely shuttle service to and from port. Loaned us beach towels. Room 534 is remote so we could be a little noisy without disturbing anyone. Nice folks!

Not much view from our room (534). Patio door needs a light blocking curtain. Not enough water bottles in vending machines. Dirty tub jets. AC worked great, but was noisy. Fridge door hard to open.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It’s an older property and upgrades look like they are underway! I personally enjoy the cozy, quaint feel of the property as is. The views are amazing as the property sits up on the hill! We had a great time walking to the restaurants & shops and got in our steps at the same time! We can’t wait to stay at the Sea Port Village Inn

I feel the Covid restriction of the hot tub use was the only downfall. But, with the ocean and all the other activities, we didn’t miss it too much.

We stayed for couple days the room was big and clean. Front desk attendant was very nice.

No wi fi, the bed headrest was broken, no housekeeping, price for 2 nights was about $600.

Staff was friendly, especially Raul, he picked up our luggage upon arrival, stored it at the hotel while we were sightseeing on the last day and then delivered it to the pier for our departure. We had a great time on our eighteenth anniversary and I thank them for the free upgrade and hospitality !

No breakfast and no hot tub because of pandemic regulations.

The staff was wonderful and personable. The members at the front counter were so kind and went above and beyond to serve our needs.

It was easily accessible.

Room service never came to tidy up while we were there and we had to ask for extra toilet paper and towels.
