Room was clean. Friendly lady at front desk. Overall I just like staying here I feel comfortable and “SAFE” I enjoy the breakfast… Thank you

Maintenance was needed in out room our toilet was broken. Then moved to different room and when you flushed the toilet would leak large amount of water . The base of the toilet was leaking water under wax ring. I didn’t want to move again. We booked online for deluxe king room with one king and full or king and queen or two queens. We got on full size bed extremely inconvenient was my second trip their trying to rent room I was exhausted

It is very comfortable. It has breakfast included from 4am to 9am. Waffles, cereal, orange juice. Coffee & milk. Rooms are clean but staff is rude. From front desk to housekeeping. Pool is open from 8am to 8pm. Sometimes they won't open it if it's too dirty. Cheap when u get it online..

Staff is rude. Housekeeping is stupid. They get mad if u check out and room is dirty..They expect u to leave it clean. I'm talking about swept and everyday. If towels are too dirty, they get mad..I got kicked out with my family because they say I left my room filthy and dirty when I always make sure I clean before I check out. It's full of tweakers in and out.

They didn't charge us and make us pay $20 extra cash aside from our reservation BKFD INN AND SUITES REAPS PEOPLE OFF BY DOING THAT AND ITS WRONG YOU HAVE IMPROVED FROM LAST TIME STAFF MUCH NICER PLEASANT AND MORE CLEAN QUITE NO HOMELESS HANGING AROUND OR DRAMA GOING ON YOUR PLACE HAS IMPROVED I HAVE NOW FOUND NEW PLACE TO GET AWAY TO ASIDE FROM DAUGHTERS HOUSE THANK YOU I WOULD AND HAVE Recommend YOU TO OTHER FRIENDS YOUR A BETTER GET AWAY FROM IN IT ALL SPOT YOU ROCK GOD BLESS

The room was clean. The bed and the pillow were comfy - I am disabled w/a bad back so it was nice to sleep on a nice bed and pillow.

I booked the room for a Mon, Tues night - however I needed to stay until Fri. I booked it on Booking,com - but when I went up to pay I was told I had to check out and come back at 3pm. At this time I was homeless waiting for the paperwork to be signed on Friday. All the other hotels I stayed at let me stay when I booked it online - I was never told to check out and come back 4 hours later.

THE ROOM ARE STANDARDS BUT HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED FROM MINIFRIDGE TO MICROWAVE; EVERY day the rooms are cleaned and the beds are made, if you need something , like more towels only ask and you get it. The personal is very nice and we stay here every time we come to visit the family

Open and simple room’s lots of favorite channels on tv the pressure in the shower was very nice. Breakfast added a kick to it delicious.. your breakfast hours were perfect for early people like me.. unbeatable prices 👌

Need’s at least a table, desk, or any piece of furniture just to put our things on, so they’re not on the ground or even a hanger to hang wet towels or just hang up our clothing.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The décor and amenities were well thought out. The pool area was beautiful and meticulously maintained. I truly enjoyed the layout of the area and was impressed. Please share this with the staff, as they deserve to know their hard work and hospitality is appreciated!

I wish my room had a microwave during my stay. I appreciate the public one downstairs, but it was a far walk for every meal.

Service was great had a rocky start had to switch rooms key wouldn’t work. The girl at front desk was new. She provided great customer service to us. I couldn’t have asked for better service except we had cold showers our whole stay water wouldn’t get hot
