I liked the breakfast service, it was good. Some days were different but overall it was good. They also always make sure that it has plenty stock of food. I also like that there were a lot of options to eat, which is perfect for my friends that don't eat meat at all.

In the area, where other places are closed by 8:00 PM, I was hungry at late night, and the UberEats didn't offer much. Maybe the hotel can have vending machines where we can buy food instead of going to 7-11 next door.

The customer service during our stay was helpful, warm, and professional. We looked forward to the daily breakfast selections and appreciate that there is a variety of choices. The hot food is always fresh, and the other selections are many. The location is perfect and feels safe and looks clean and accommodating. I appreciate the lighting all during the night, as I have to walk my dog in the middle of the night. We have been here twice and will be returning.

Location was Benecia and we love the place, but area was off-season and cold/windy. We stay in Benicia to avoid the overpriced hotels in Palo Alto area while visiting Stanford Medical. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and the facility is located uphill from the main throughfare, but directly across a parking area from a very busy freeway. Requested room location just behind the lobby and pretty quiet. Staff was excellent and very helpful....self-service coffee machine in lobby was pretty cool.

Nothing really...larger coffee cups and better coffee maker in rooms would be nice, but that's from a coffee addict's point of view and not very helpful.

I liked that it was perfectly located for the wedding I attended in downtown Benicia. Parking is plentiful and I was able to park by the closest entrance near my room. Front desk staff was very attentive, friendly, and informative. The free breakfast was decent too. Overall, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a standard hotel.

Just a small suggestion for the coffee in the free breakfast area to be a bit hotter.

we were not Informed about where to get towels for pool .I HAPPENED TO BE TALKING TO ONE OF YOUR OLDER MAIDS ABOUT MY GRANDKIDS AND SHE INFORMED ME OF A FEW INPORTANT FACTS. I THANKED HER WITH A NICE TIP WHEN WE LEFT.

The hallway smelled as if one of the other guests were smoking. I feel that there should be an elevator somewhere in the middle of the building for those who may have handicapped disabilities limiting their walking. It's not convenient for the elevator to be on one end of the hallway and your room to be way down the hallway.

Breakfast was good, great choices.Also when we were ready to leave our car battery was dead, front desk staff helped us with a jump otherwise roadside service would have been a hour out. We had children so sittong with them would have been ugly. So thankful there help.

Clean and well maintained. Situated in a perfect location, close to 1st Street and the waterfront in Benicia.

There was a drink left in the refrigerator in the room. Hopefully the cleanup crew pays closer attention to detail.

The staff was great and the main reason we stayed here was the ability to stay with our pet

safe and clean. staff could be a little more friendlier esp in the breakfast buffet. I understand if 10 is the cutoff but if there’s ppl still trying to get breakfast and coffee a little accommodation would be nice
