Each Time We Rent Rm People Are Pretty Friendly , No Matter What!!😊 The Staff Are Always Friendly & Cool to talk To & If There Is A problem With Anything In The Rm Are Quick to Get The Issue(s) Taken Care of Immediately!!😊 I like All the Staff, Courtney Is One Of My Favorite Personnel to talk to!! She Is Very Nice!! There is Some others I like but don't know There Names to give A shout out to!! This Motel 6 is My favorite!!🤗❤️

Breakfast was awesome! Rooms were better than I expected. Clean and the furniture was like new. Rooms were clean.

Getting a clean towel from the maids was like pulling teeth. I would give them 4 dirty ones, which they counted. Then would only give me a wash cloth and towel. One each. Two of us staying in the room. They don't speak English. Or pretend they don't. They can count dirty towels, but not the fingers on my hand for clean ones. Then being blocked by homeless people hanging out on stairs. I had to take the longer route to my room on second floor. I was harassed by a guest that checked out. Knocked on my door asking for money I think to stay another night. Security was supposed to make him leave, but he came to my door, a second time. Hours later was still roaming parking lot. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay. Manager and staff in office go out of there way for you.

Staff was more than helpful in the office. Rooms were much nicer than I was expecting.

Had to practically beg for clean towels next day from maids. Even after giving them dirty ones and counting them. You would get back less than you gave them.. Didn't like homeless people blocking stairs sitting on them with their things. Had to take long way around to go to another set of stairs to get to my room. More than a few times.

Front desk staff. Mostly Room small for 2 beds Lid broke off toilet seat but no bigger Water takes whole to get hot

Nothing against hotel just needed ADU room but since it was Las minute not hotel fault.

it a lot better than what it was prior to 3 to 4 years ago. the area is cleaner…the availability is good. denny’s is next to the motel which is a plus.

Hotel was quiet and not a lot of weirdos running around which is very common in Vallejo the hotel was clean and tidy and the hotel grounds were exceptionally clean only thing that I could say as corrective criticism would be maybe to give the hotel a revamping as it was a bit outdated and a little bit run down the entry door to the room had absolutely no weatherproofing and there was a lot of air coming through the door also the air conditioning screen was filthy which caused my allergies to immediately flare up but the staff was courteous and helpful overall my stay was a positive experience and I would return again in the future

Air conditioner filter was extremely dirty and no weatherproofing on the door also the floor was clean but had some sort of a film maybe they needed to rinse it again or possibly they used too much soap

The new modifications with the refrigerator and microwave and comfortable bed etc..

I was there for 3 days and I did not get any room service or tile change or having my room clean and also my bolt locked door was damaged so I could not vote lock my door in room 216.

I like the customer service! Victoria was so helpful! when I asked to change my bed sheets because they were dirty.

When i got there the first night my room was dirty....

No breakfast.

The location. Traffic very bad. No restaurants or dtores in walking distance.

Clean and updated room. The bed was comfortable and had night security. The location is near gas stations and restaurants and right off the freeway.
