Nice location and large lounge area. Very accommodating when I asked for extra pillows.

Expensive car park considering it was empty. Bathroom was poorly lit and hot tap very difficult to move.

I stayed for two weeks. The proximity of the hotel to the shopping area of San Fernando Bld. was a big bonus. the suite I booked was large and had an interesting view of the Los angeles hills. The staff were very helpful when I sought information or advice. Both buildings has a coin operated laundry room. This was great for a long stay. I intend to stay here again in February 2025. If you are smart bring a HDMI cable and watch all your shows (Netflix etc.) free.

Whilst the suites have a small kitchen facility (microwave, bar refrigerator and sink) there were no plates or cutlery. This was a little strange. Possibly a hangover from Covid days?

Very large room. Lovely modern hotel with a comfy bed and easy parking. Staff were helpful but not obstructive. Thing I love - they will let you take the luggage trolley, unpack and take your own luggage up to your room. No tipping pressure!! Lobby area is really nice. Loads of restaurants and eateries nearby.

Rooms aren't cleaned every day (as a covid policy), means the coffee doesn't get replaced and you don't get new cups. Available on request of course. There is not a utensil or a cup in the room, other than the disposable cups. It's a minor niggle only.

Very clean! It was in a great location, and had everything we needed. The two strongest points were the employees and the cafe. We only ate breakfast there, but everything was fresh, tasty and piping hot. (Even the room service) Prices were very reasonable. The employees were so friendly and had a smile every time we spoke to them. We are so happy we found this place and will be back, for sure!

Only issue we had was that the outlets on the lamps next to the bed didn’t work; we couldn’t use them to charge our phones. With the amount of use they get, I imagine they need to be changed out frequently.

I really liked the hotel, lobby was renewed with a really good looking, in general is well maintained, comfortable and clean. In overall is a good hotel for the price. Marco, the front desk guy is amazing! Count on him for whatever you may need, recommendations, help, he is such a great person. Prista is lovely too, she is so kind and nice. You'll have everything nearby: restaurants, cinema, shopping mall just 5 minutes from you.

They don't do your room service... I stayed almost a week and they never went to my room. I'm not a dirty person so it was not that bad for me, but it isn't fine at all

Safe srooundings, safer areas, lots of restaurants nearby, and food stores, pharmacy, the hotel has a great garage space I took a truck Ford, there’s a mall close by and In and out , It’s a 15 minute to 25 minutes depending on traffic close to the Dodgers stadium, and to the Griffith Observatory.

No thing to bother some just the Air Conditioner was to cold, but we went in November just bring extra blanket.Also that they didn’t give you a notice that you have to leave a deposit when you get there. And keep in mind you pay for parking when you get there.

It was refreshing to stay in a property where the employees understand customer service. I haven't been treated so well in many years. Every single employee went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed using the VERY REASONABLY priced laundry machines and the pool! I also ordered room service and ate at the breakfast and lunch/dinner restaurants. The food was good. The people were just GREAT!

The ONLY thing that was not great had nothing to do with the hotel. We were visiting Universal and both Lyft and Uber were exorbitantly priced to get to and from the hotel. This obviously has nothing whatsoever to do with the hotel or the employees both of which were GREAT!

Good location, short walk to many restaurants, easy access to freeway to connect to the rest of LA. Building was refreshed from whatever hotel brand it used to be. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to Burbank Airport is a great feature.

Pay for parking in their garage? Garage was nearly empty - guests should get free access. Lobby Bar/Cafe lacked atmosphere. I guess they're still transitioning from whatever the space was before. Several attempts at giving the hotel "personality" are small - need to build on that.

King suite was excellent! Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Great view from the 17th floor. Housekeeping, guest services, and the cafe bartender were all so helpful. Loved the location too. Quick and safe walk to all the restaurants, mall, and two movie theaters. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool or other amenities this time but will definitely stay here again!

Original room had a foul odor that housekeeping said was from the room heater, but we could smell it in the hallways as well. Luckily they helped us change rooms and everything was great after that!
