Very private facility( house ),charming, cozy settings. Cute deco. Free coffee and cookies in the common area.

bed and pillows were not comfortable, too soft(?) or worn out. I had back , sholder and neck pains, still suffering !! No thermostat for the heat, had to get up during the night to turn off manually. (Room went from cold when we went to bed, to too hot while sleeping with non stop hot air) Hair dryer in the room didn't work. By the time the guy brought the new one, it was too late, I had to go out ,late for appt (No on site manager)

Such an adorable spacious room. Very quiet, I appreciated the sound machine. The room was well equipped with even a filled water in a carafe in the refrigerator! The location is great—just outside of town but walking distance. I really appreciated how accommodating the staff were. I had a major food allergy and they were accommodating in providing me with an alternative breakfast, which is much appreciated. I had a really lovely stay.

The bathroom was outside the room. Would be helpful to have a railing on both sides of the stairwell going down in the main house. People usually carry suitcases with right arm and support with left on railing. That was tough.

Really lovely Inn, beautifully decorated. Bed really comfortable. Tea coffee and cookies available all day which was nice. Breakfast delivered in a hamper in the morning was nice too.

Couldn't get phone reception so had to go to the hotel across the road to get WiFi so we could get the keypad code to get into our room. Might be good to put the WiFi code in the window for new guests. Staff answered any questions quickly via WhatsApp but it does seem odd not to see/meet any staff. We stayed for 2 nights instead of the planned 1 but there was no housekeeping, apparently you need to ask if you want your room cleaned but no one told us that.

Beautiful!!! Close to Hearst Castle and easy to find. The delivered breakfast basket at 8am was amazing!!! Tons of delicious goodies. Only request would be for a veggie quiche (it had ham) especially since several sausage links were included too. My was happy with 2 pieces of quiche but my veggie girlfriend was jealous. Some great quiches can be made without meat. The one delivered was nice, light, fluffy and moist, and the salsa added for the quiche was an added bonus. Thanks all those involved. Wish we could’ve met you. P.S. travelers: don’t forget to tip housekeeping!

All’s just great once we figured out it was all no-contact/no humans and we received a code to enter. Great and speedy communication by the property via text when we did have questions.

Delicious inn in a very quiet village immersed in the fog ( at the end of August) which gave it a mysterious/ romantic atmosphere.It was really worth the stay! Every detail was very well attended in the room. the staff was very kind and contacted me a couple of weeks prior to our arrival. It's a self check in place.

The walls are thin and despite the silence hours from 10 pm to 7 am our room neighbour kept the tv volume very high..we kindly asked him to lower it but it gave no results..

The property had a homey feeling. The outside and inside looked very lived in. The rooms were spacious. Service staff was nice and eager to correct any errors. Rooms were not cleaned as well as I would like. Rooms needed a ceiling fan installed to help with the air flow in the attic type room called the Cork room. Breakfast was not what I expected, lots of dairy items. I will request a lactose free breakfast if we stay again. All in all the place was sweet and felt like a home away from home. They even gave us homemade cookies the first 2nights.

The outside was not kept clean. People couldn’t really hang out their because the outside furniture was old and dirty. No microwave in the small house or at least I a room. No ceiling fan poor air circulation in room. Small shower if you are plus size or 6 feet tall you can not fit properly into the shower for the Cork room. Breakfast was served cold in a dirty basket. No microwave to heat it.

We always enjoy staying at the J Pactirck Inn. Always have a quiet, peaceful stay. We miss the breakfast and happy hour that you used to have before covid.

It is nice that you still deliver a breakfast every morning, but we were there three nights and had the same breakfast each morning. Quiche and sausage yogurt with fruit and oj. The last time we stayed, they had baked French toast both mornings. There needs to be a rotating schedule. Put some variety or rotate the breakfasts for those who stay longer than one day.

Lovely inn in a good location. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was yummy.

The lack of personal interaction, no one there for check in or check out. We had errors on checking in and out on the link provided. It would have been nice to have a person to interact with rather than a key code. The breakfast instructions said we could use the main house for breakfast but the main house door wouldn’t accept our key code.

We loved the location, right on the road, not too far from the beach. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large and the water pressure was great! Overall it was a beautiful place to rest in between our drive from LA to San Francisco. It’s a self checking place, you are given a code and you check yourself in. I would recommend it.

Too many messages from the Inn manager, it’s probably preprogrammed but it was kinder annoying.

The breakfast comes packed in a charming insulated carrier with the name of your room embroidered on top. The food within is varied from day to day but has fruit and yogurt, a muffin or some pastry, and possibly a piece of quiche, bacon or sausage, and OJ. All very tastily prepared. The in-room coffee machines are serviceable. There's a common room as you walk in stocked with a more substantial Keurig-style coffee machine, a microwave and a purified water jug. You can make popcorn, tea, coffee, all day. Fresh baked cookies in hallway are a nice touch. Gas freplace in the room was great and we were always cozy. Bed and bedding were most. The Galway room has a full standing shower not a glassed in bathtub/shower. We wanted that. Also, they provide Netflix and and full cable TV which was a great feature for us since before coming we were binge watching The Last Kingdom and we were able to continue.

The Galway room could be charmed up a bit more as we noted there were other rooms that exuded a bit more aesthetically pleasing wall decor and furnishings. For instance, the two metal chairs were superfluous and tacky as they blocked the useful window bench. This was a minor point since the room has all else you will need.
