A hotel in a quiet location for those who want to spend the night away from the noise of Los Angeles. 5 minutes by car to the ocean, near shopping centers, restaurants. Excellent breakfast, a selection from pancakes to vegan food, wonderful coffee - there is even espresso, which is not typical in the US 🙂 The Starbucks coffee machine at the reception is open 24/7. There are laundry rooms, so it is suitable for longer stays, good internet connection, there are office rooms with computers and printers. Free car parking. Everything is wonderful. Thanks for the great service 🙂

It would be great if the hotel didn't use plastic utensils.

We arrived around noon and I spoke to Carla to see if we could leave our car there even though we weren't checked in yet. She went above and beyond and was able to check us in early. She provided us with cold water bottles, which was very appreciated All of the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The suite was very clean and spacious. We had a birthday cake and forgot plates and forks, but thankfully, reception provided some. Breakfast is available 6am to 9am with a nice selection. They also provide Starbucks coffee, which is a plus.Will definitely recommend this location.

When my family & I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean & ready. The front desk staff even gave us a couple of free bottled water with a goodie bag of small snacks when we checked in. It was a nice surprise! The beds were comfortable & the room decor felt updated. The hotel also provided a decent, free breakfast, which included a good variety of food. We also liked the location of the hotel since it was close to many restaurants and stores/ shopping malls.

Overall, the layout of the room was awkward because the bathroom area was placed in the middle of the room. Also, the TV was off to the left side of the two twin queen beds, which we thought was a little inconvenient. The lights in the room were quite bright. So in the morning, if someone had to use the bathroom, the bright bathroom light would shine right in your face. The fan on the A/C was also really loud, which was difficult to sleep during the night if it was turned on. On the first night, we had turned the fan off, but the room got too stuffy. So we had to leave it on during the evening.

This place has the best breakfast of any lodging that I stayed at.They have scrambled eggs, sausage,bacon, whole wheat bread, peanut butter, muffins and fresh fruit. they are close to several restaurants and a movie theater. My plane boarding pass was printed for me.

Their coffee maker was a lousy Kerig style coffee maker, so I got my coffee from the breakfast room The Tv did not default to channel your were watching when you previously had the television you were on.

Once again another great stay at this hotel, stayed 06/10 - 06/11 and I just can't ever say enough great things about the staff and the hotel, we came to L. A. last minute so didn't book a room the day before we arrived at 5:00 a.m. and called many many hotels to see if they would let us check in early instead of having to wait till 12:00 noon or 3:00 p. m. unfortunately no hotel wood let us check in that early I even afford to pay a fee cause some hotel will ask you to pay $50 to let you check in early but in L. A. 12:00 seems to be the earliest check in, we had already been on the road for 2 hours didn't want to sit in the car till noon then I remembered to call my favorite hotel when I'm in L. A. the Best Western in Torrance and like always they didn't disappoint a lovely young lady named Karina answered the phone I told her I really need a room right away that if there was anyway she could help me out she said let me check if I have anything available which they did I told her I would like to book the room and how much was the fee for checking in early she said it's ok I won't charge you a fee 🤯you can book the room with me or online I did it online because it offered the 1 bedroom suite, unfortunately due to some BS I wasn't able to check in early I was worried that my reservation would be cancelled since I didn't show up when I said I would I ended up checking in at 9 or 10 p.m.but luckily my reservation was there another wonderful young lady unfortunately I didn't get her name was there and made sure my check in went smoothly.

Everything was PERFECT including the free breakfast, so no complaints here.

The location was good for a pre-cruise stay (just 30 min by taxi to San Pedro cruise terminal) with lots of shopping and restaurants around. Guest laundry was appreciated. Very good breakfast. The employees were all very nice and helpful.

Cleaning: One of the Euro pillows on the bed had a dried food stain on it. Also the soundproofing between rooms and from the hallway is not very good. You can hear people speaking in the rooms beside yours. It was very quiet during week nights but we had a large loud group on our floor the Saturday night and it was terrible.

We chose a queen suite which was really nice next to the Grimm and breakfast area. Not noisy at all. Good location, really nice at check in, room was nice, facility was nice. We felt comfortable. 20 minute drive to SOFI stadium and to Hollywood park.

Just the restroom sink. It was a bowl above the sink, it wasn’t built into the sink, it sits on top like a bowl, I didn’t like that. No Trashcan inside our bathroom but I grabbed one of the two Trashcans in the suite and it worked out.

The queen suite with pull out couch is a nice setup. A living room area + partial kitchen was separated by door to bedroom and bathroom. I also really liked the breakfast. This was a staycation trip and when family and friends visit I will recommend that they stay here.

I tried to find the fitness center and I am not sure if there is one on the propety. Looked on 3rd and 4th floor after eating breakfast and before checking out. Only stayed here one night.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Rigo was working the front desk and he was very hospitable. The breakfast was the best we have ever experienced especially for free even compared to 4 or 5 star locations. Our kids enjoyed it alot. The suite was the perfect size for a family of 4 very comfortably and the fridge was large. Having a microwave was a plus. We have nothing bad to say, only good praise. We will stay here every time we come from Vegas to LA.

Very stable service over the years. Bathtub replaced with spacious showers. Always nice staff and no parking fee in front of the entrance. Breakfast is very good with a you would expect (incl. Nutella) 😉 Very pleasant einvironment and you can be at Redondo Beach in a long walk or 10 minutes by car. Suite is a nice suite. Free Wifi and stable for work.

As usual for US, still one way plastic knifes and forks and spoon used while plates are reused.
