Rude staff

The location was very convenient for shopping and going out. Delivery fees are also nice if you don't want to walk/drive anywhere because of how close things are. WiFi was decent speeds as well. Never woke up early enough for the breakfast so I can't say much but I like that they offered it.

The outside of the hotel was a little beat up and there was a faint urine smell on one of the stairways. Visitors can't stay past 10:00 PM which is understandable but friends can't come by if they get off of work too late.

I selected this hotel based on the good reviews but not really believing the reviews were accurate. My experience here was exceptional! I was there on business and was tired when I checked in. I was warmly greeted with a quick, seemless check-in by Shita who also cheerfully checked me out. Everything was very good. The room was immaculate, spacious, and met all my needs. The hot tub was a delight and the property overall was well attended. Thanks Days Inn for making a business trip so pleasant and memorable!

For breakfast they should accomodate all customers for breakfast. We went around 8 am no more egg/ sausage. The staff hiding on her desk with her cellphone. There is elderly guy want to ask question but he need to wait longer for her to talk to him.

When we check in the lady in front is really accomodating, but the lady in the morning breakfast she just busy on her phone.

Did not have time for the breakfast however, I'm the manager of a motel company in Phoenix Arizona and I was very impressed. Loved the man who checked me in and would hire him in a heartbeat! I will definitely be returning everytime I visit. I've been searching many locations in El cajon and YOU stand out. Thank you for your hospitality.

Being a busy manager for certain locations around us, the parking was limited and found myself parking far from my room.

It was within walking distance to my son's apartment. Your place was very clean, no problems and the staff was very helpful!

Road noise. One can tell the age roughly as a lot of noise due to lack of proper insulation. Built in the 70's I would guess.. Cannot do much about that.

Breakfast wasn’t that good at four but other stuff was amazing, very friendly and the place very very clean

I like the service if you ask the staff anything, they will do it for you straight away and they are very clean changing the bed every day cleaning the room every day had no complain at all

The room was very clean. I enjoyed having a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board and iron.

The check-in took way too long. There was only 1 person there before me. It took the woman working a counter 20 minutes to check the customer in. It was 3pm, and I was checked in about 3: 35pm. It seemed that she was dealing with an important call . There was no apology. It seemed very unprofessional. Customer service needs to improve.

King suite had plenty of room for the kids to play.

Wish the refrigerator had a freezer compartment to refreeze ice packs. Last guest to use the iron left material stuck to it that left a bold black area on the sleeve of my grandson's white shirt prior to our photo shot.

Good Location for a Roadtrip....even so that it's close to the highway it was a rather quiet stay. Denny's and Starbucks next door
