Wonderful Staff!!! Very accommodating. Our room was quite clean and comfortable. The Breakfast was great. It’s not fancy, but you should be proud of how your staff welcomes and encourages families to come and relax and plan their day .

The Hotel shares a parking lot with the In and Out Burger 🍔. What a terrible idea and planning We couldn’t get in or out of our parking spots . There was In &Out trash everywhere in the parking lot despite the Hotel staff CONSTANTLY cleaning around the grounds of the hotel. The lights and exhaust from cars was HORRIBLE!!! I think the hotel needs to redesign the lot. If not, I WILL NOT COME BACK!! Sorry, I like In &Out but this is NUTS!!!

Sabastian was Amazing and so was all the staff. Very clean hotel with outstanding customer service. It made me want to work there with such an amazing team. Thank you to everyone. If you have a choice to stay anywhere in San Diego please food in the morning free parking fire pit gym room pool closes at 10👀😁 was a great bang for the buck. Thank you team for all your hospitality and humor. Much needed🎊🎊🎊

Nothing I did not like everything was AMAZING

It was fantastic! We stayed in the large suite and it was beyond roomy and so luxurious. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was so nice! Will definitely book again!!

The, I believe, Rally’s restaurant drive thru came thru the parking lot. That was a first for me but everyone managed it pretty efficiently!

I like the easy access to restaurants and the bowling alley. The over all quietness of the hotel. Inaddition, the no smoking floor my room was on and of cause breakfast and the room service.

I liked the location of the hotel near markets and restaurants, as well as the service and staff were excellent, and I liked the breakfast, which was more than good, as well as the 24-hour tea and coffee service

At night the parking was full especially with construction tracks. I don't know if these guys were staying at the hotel or not. That is the only thing that I didn't like.

This is a very nice hotel, awesome interior design choices.The breakfast included a vert good selection and variety of food and drink items. great coffee. The rooms are clean, modern and well maintained.

The fan/heater is noisy. We turned it off for the night.

it’s in a very busy area. in n out is right next door and the parking gets very congested at times because of the drive thru. room was a bit smaller, we stayed at the one in poway last week, the staff was nicer, rooms were bigger and the price was better there. however I paid for the convenience since we had a softball tournament in Santee and it was only 10 min away. the staff here was great, except the clerk manager Enerdina. we booked an extra night and she had a bit of an attitude. they didn’t have a room ready so e had to wait and I guess she didn’t feel like explaining the process? if you don’t like to deal with people maybe the front desk isn’t the place for someone like that. just a suggestion

I asked for a handicapped toilet and I didn’t get one, was advised at check-in that they only had a room with one bed which wouldn’t work because of my handicap. Even my daughter said she hadn’t seen a toilet sitting so low to the floor. Worst experience of my life. I had to wake her up each time I had to go and that was three times.

The location was perfect to Parkway Bowl for a bowling tournament

The bathroom had black hairs all over the floor and the sink. Like the floors hadn’t been cleaned. And the coffee maker did not work

Great to wake up to a variety of their breakfast selection. Room was very comfortable with good size bed. Great fitness room with a variety of excersize equipment. Nice friendly front desk staff.

The outdoor pool could have been warmer. Was a rainy and cool day trying it. Wish it was more heated.
