Typical continental breakfast, but it was pretty good. Was nice to have bacon In lieu of sausage! Staff was helpful and friendly. Room size was great, hotel was clean, appreciated the onsite Indian restaurant. Many restaurants were nearby, 30 minutes from Dana point and beaches. Hot tub was big and away from the pool which was great. Onsite laundry was convenient. We booked for 4 nights, but decided to stay an extra night because we didn’t expect to find a room anywhere else for the same price that was such good quality. We visit this area yearly and definitely plan to book there again!

Water pressure? Not horrid just meh

I was very very impressed with this property it definitely exceeded my expectations . Continental breakfast was fantastic again exceeded my expectations ! Loved the fresh scrambled eggs and bacon plus the make your own waffles / pancakes were great ! The beds were so comfortable I wanted to stay another night but I had guests waiting for me at the airport which is very close by ! Staff was so so friendly and inviting ! Rosalva the hotel manager made sure you were well taken care of ! Also Jose was so gracious kept an eye to make sure there was plenty of fresh food for all the guests having breakfast ( and breakfast was included ) that’s a BIG WoW !

Eric (the manager), Aidan and Joe really go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. As our house had flooded, this has truly been our home away from home during the mold abatement. My daughter turned 11 on 2/8 she's also a hard-core Demon Slayer fan. Aidan and Eric went out on their own and decorated their conference room with birthday ballons and on the white board, Aidan made a huge customized "Happy Birthday Daphne," with all the Demon Slayer characters present. It was a dream come true.

some of the morning staff is not very friendly to the point of condescending. One woman made my daughter cry.

I like the friendly helpful staff (kudos to Katie), cleanliness, hotel refurbishments and location to the freeway.

My room was right next to a busy arterial and the street noise, especially at night, got pretty loud, to the point that you might have to sleep with earplugs if you're a light sleeper, which is why I rated this hotel a 9 out of 10. Just ask for a room away from the street noise when you check in.

Location. Clean. High ceiling on the 3d floor. Overall experience, chickin checkout was quick and easy.

Breakfast is standard and ok. Eggs bacon etc. Substitute some muffins or something some bakery item with berries and vegetables. It won’t cost you a lot, but definitely is going to raise the level of the hotel.

Everything was really good. The staff were so nice and friendly. The hotel is really clean. Erik the maintainace guy works constantly.

The breakfast scene was a bit chaotic, but it was fine.

The location

I haven't room service for the time I stayed, I have to go to the front desk to ask for it, and I didn't have any way. I always have to ask for everything I need in my room, like clean towels or toilet paper .

I found this place through booking ,com and based on the previous reviews I decided to stay there. It was even better than the reviews stated for it and the adjoining restaurant was very good as well.

Parking was a bit tricky

My room was over the outdoor patio area & for 2 days in a row early morning, sport folks played Loud music & had ra ra meetings that could be heard along that side of the hotel DESPITE the door being closed.

Everything was great, staff were friendly, room was nice and comfy, and love having a belcony.

We didnt have water for a while and no coffee in the breakfast area but it was still a pleasant stay.
