This facility is perfect

I requested a King and sofa room and on the 3rd floor. Also paid $15 to check in early. When checking in I thought all was ok until getting to the room. We were on the 2nd floor. Two queens and had to pay a $100 fee. I was there a week ago and only had a few of $50. It’s obvious requesting anything is a waste of time. Not really happy other I like the location.

Convenient location. Not many hotels in Seal Beach. Parking is pretty easy. Breakfast is pretty good. Fitness center is decent. They offer free cappuccino, lemon water and teas in the lobby. Free cookies in the evening. Pleasant accommodations.

Over priced. Bathroom door slides with a gap, so privacy not great. Shower water pressure is weak. Maid service is rude. I had the do not disturb sign on the door and they kept banging the door with their vacuum cleaner repeatedly. And they allowed a homeless person living in their car to park on the premises for my entire two night stay. I watched this person even go into the lobby to get some water. I let the employee at the check-in desk know, but I got the impression they already knew and allowed it.

The location is great! Just a short walk to the pier and shops. The room was bigger than expected but very cosy. There is also a shuttle to the LGB airport which is a plus. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean and nice. The breakfast was better than a simple Continental breakfast. They had a waffle maker for waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, pastries, toast, bagels, everything you would need for breakfast. The staff there was amazing. They let us check in a little early which was really nice. They also held our bags so that we could walk about and explore before check in.

There really isn't much to complain about. The elevator was a little scary as it is an old building. Everything else was nice.

We were so impressed by this hotel. It was immaculately clean, the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, plenty of free parking, a small pool and jacuzzi in an inner courtyard area, there was a wide range of options for the complimentary breakfast and thoughtful little extras like free tea and coffee all day and complimentary cookies in the afternoon. It was within easy walking distance of the beach/pier and a lovely little Main Street with various shops, restaurants and bars as well as a large supermarket and pharmacy.

There was nothing we disliked.

This is an older property but the room was nicely remodeled. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size. We really appreciated the free breakfast and there were plenty of options for my family.

The parking lot is small. We arrived late on the first night and it was full. The manager on duty allowed us to park in the 15 minute spot overnight. That was very thoughtful. We could hear some noise from the rooms next to us but no more than any other hotel.

The Pacific Inn is in a great location. Walking distance to Seal Beach old town or the waterfront. It was also a good base for trips to Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific and a spa day in Huntington Beach. It is a good value for the price. Also, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

It is an older hotel with the typical minor repairs needed. It didn't impact our enjoyment and you shouldn't expect pristine facilities at a bargain price.

Breakfast had delicious and healthy choices. Room was very clean and welcoming. Staff went over and above to satisfy each of our requests.

This is NOT a HOTEL issue. If you want to use the shuttle, make reservations early. This site is near a cruise departure and those many guests use the free shuttle to get to their cruise. We were able to use the shuttle one time. Other times were booked and unavailable.

I love the balconies, and sit out side most of the times. They had just a shower, with textured flooring, and places to hand bath towel and hand towel. Love it. No issues

This place is a hidden gem! Warm cookies upon check in was a great start... my kiddos loved it! And the staff here is truly amazing - everyone we met was super friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the family suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. Wonderful selection for breakfast: eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, juices, etc. The breakfast room was very busy every morning we were there, and the hostess did a fantastic job of keeping everything stocked. We also liked the heated pool - it was very nice and clean. The jacuzzi is under construction though, so that was a little bit of a bummer. .

Convenient, clean, great staff. Nice stay for the price and a 3 minute drive to the beach and local shops! Cute little balconies with chairs and complimentary breakfast.

Main issue was my key cards stopped working frequently. Definitely close to lots of fun stuff! As a non smoker the designated smoking areas were more enclosed under garage, smell was off putting.
