The curb appeal is excellent. The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Our suite was very comfortable. The kitchenette had everything you might need. The cleaning staff did an excellent job refreshing the suite everyday. The pool area had very comfy chaise lounges and a very nice pool. The Petit Cafe is cozy and has very good food.

A downside was the bathroom. The shower handle wouldn't stay in place and slid all the way to the hottest position so I had to keep readjusting it. I was looking forward to a bath but the plug wouldn't seal the drain. I just made do to avoid dealing with a maintenance person in the room.

The hotel is clean and the staff are great! The room itself is updated but with some old school charm. Not a fan of all the stairs but the property is beautiful and a nice walk thru. We had a double patio in our Queen suite as well and it was very spacious. The bar / restaurant was so cute and the staff there were very helpful. I had a lava cake one night that was extremely delicious! It's convenient location on the metro allows for easy and cheap travel if you want to avoid the pricey Uber fees that we quickly learned would burn through our budget. The showers were great as well and good water pressure which was nice after a long day of walking around.

We had some issues with our locks not working and for traveling females, we were a bit uncomfortable but overall still felt safe enough that we didn't change rooms. Not saying that TVs are important but the ones in our room were older and not able to connect to our phones which we enjoy doing at the end of the night or while getting ready to have our background music on our watch our shows. No smart apps or anything like that but again, not a deal breaker. We also were bummed the hot tub wasn't working when we first got there. They did fix it during our stay but the heat wasn't very hot and the water was very low. It was nice for about 10 min and then the chlorine was too much for us.

I love the Hotel. We always stay there. Very happy with the location. My only recommendation is that they should have a magnifying mirror for ladies to do their make up in the bathroom. One of those attached on the wall that is movable. We are now in Orange County and our hotel has one. It is only a little thing, but it makes s huge difference for ladies when doing their makeup. Otherwise it is too hard with the normal mirror.

No makeup magnifying mirror movable on the wall . It should be a must for any good hotel. Let alone for a hotel like yours.

Facilities were nice. The courtyard was serene and beautiful. I like that they offered room service.

Our room off the courtyard had many stairs and staircases to get to and there was no elevator. The bellman did not take the bags all the way up to the room. Some had to bring our heavy bags up a few flights ourselves. Would have been nice to know when booking. We could also hear the neighbors a little too well. It is an older hotel so I sort of understand.

Good location. Half an hour by foot to rodeo drive. Also not that far from Malibu and Santa Monica Beach. Bus station right in front of the hotel. Nice amenities, super nice and helpful staff, incredibly good food in the restaurant with mostly healthy food. All in all we were very pleased with our choice. We were there for a week.

The valet man was amazing! Nelson was very friendly and was able to show us great local areas near the hotel. Every time we stepped outside the doors he was there to greet us with a big smile! He made my small town families stay great. The house keepers done amazing and we're also very friendly

You could hear the highway! At first I thought there was a really bad storm but then I realized it was the traffic flowing also the tubs were not draining properly and the desk charger in our room didn't work

Nelson, at the front door, is SUPERB--friendly, anticipates your need, and very gracious.

We needed toiletries in the room. The shower had wall containers for shampoo, etc. but they did not work & were empty; why have them if they don't work? We needed to call for room service twice in 5 days. The ice maker was non-functional & I needed to get help to locate the alternate machine for ice.

Beautiful property, felt safe in the area.

There was no elevator to our room. We had to take multiple stairs, I had my 70 year old mom who had to climb multiple stairs. It was hard on her. Someone did carry our luggage up the stairs for us so that was nice. There was also no food options near us. They have a restaurant on property but no other places in walking distance.

The location, the staff, the amenities, and the breakfast was all fantastic. Really lovely and beautiful hotel experience - I would definitely recommend and I’d come back here again for sure!

The water in the bathroom takes ages to heat up so if that could be looked at for next time I come back to stay that would be great. this is the only con I have for my stay at the Beverly Hills plaza hotel and spa. the water in the shower and the bathroom sink took a good 5+ minutes to heat up and when you’re in a rush to shower and get ready it’s not ideal.

Loved the vibe of this hotel, and the wonderful spacious room with the BEST bathroom of any hotel I have stayed at in the past (REALLY hot, soft water combined with the perfect water pressure = shower heaven). The "Petit Café" restaurant is small but has an amazing atmosphere. All in all, we LOVED our stay and the staff at the entire hotel is AMAZING, special shout-out here to Nelson at the valet, you are a superstar!
