Nice clean place with good location.

I didn’t like that upon checking in they required a $300 CASH deposit. Nowhere did it say that upon booking. They wouldn’t let us check in otherwise. I also witnessed two other guest checking in and they didn’t have to make that deposit.

It was close to everything. Shopping, food, grocery shopping, and Dutch bros was literally across the street and Dennys was in the same parking lot. It was quiet and peacefull.

The rooms don't have a refrigerator or a microwave or coffee pot like most hotel rooms. So the option to make a bag of popcorn or heat up our soup wasn't available to us. Although the staff said she would heat up our soup In the back I didn't really feel comfortable with that. If I had a refrigerator in there I could bought a gallon of water which wasn't an option to keep anything cold to drink. We were there 2 days so the refrigerator would have been nice.

All of it. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and happy. This shows me, it's a good place to be. And Breakfast was wonderful! I also, really like the shampoo, conditioner and body soap is already hung in the shower. Great idea!

I forgot my shower cap. Wish there would have been one of the cheap ones in the bathroom. And it would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room. I had to get dressed and out a bit sooner than I wanted to go get a cup of coffee. But it was not a deal breaker. Everything was great.

The free breakfast was great, but ran out of a lot of basic items, like ketchup, butter, coffee during our stay

I witnessed racist behavior from the staff while I was there. While getting breakfast (I am a white, middle-aged male) I saw a Hispanic gentleman with tattoos who I had seen come out of the room next to mine confronted by the desk manager on staff in the mornings. She wanted to see his room key. I spoke up and saw him come out of the room next to mine, and she let it pass. She never asked to see my room key.

The staff was great, especially the breakfast crew.

There was a guy blowing leaves our first morning. We needed to sleep in a little, but this guy stood at our door blowing leaves for about 20 min. I opened the door three time to ask him to move. He did nothing, except to continue bleeding leave.

This place was immaculate! We stayed in a handicapped room and it was spacious and comfortable. Fluffy towels, great beds, really really nice breakfast. (...And did I say immaculate?) We chose this hotel to be close to the hospital, but I would recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in Modesto.

The added service charges on top of the booked price, but I guess every place is doing that now. Still, don't like it.

The staff were absolutely amazing! I would recommend this location to anyone traveling through the Central Valley. Room was comfortable and served its purpose.

Nothing to dislike, everything from beginning of the stay to the time we checked out was top notch!

About this place there’s many things I liked: cleanliness, price, location, overall I loved dinning area. Food was fairly good selected, warm and fresh. The lady who takes care of the food was very nice, kind and súper considérate. This lady was an ángel. Very nice yo me and my whole family.

I didn’t like the overbooked on the system. They made me worried about my rooms when they said my rooms were not available because of the system confusion but then they solved it out when upgrading one of my rooms for the same price.

Property was clean. Staff was professional beds were comfortable.

One I was quoted one price on Booking.com when I got there I had to pay a completely different price. Original price on booking was supposed to be $96 and then when I booked it it was 136 and they added an $11 some sort of fee on top of that.

every detail of this motor lodge was completely restored and it felt like a room that should have cost twice as much!

cement walk ways around the motel have never been pressure washed since the renovation and it would really, totally improve the appearance of this great motel
