My daughter really enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool, and I really enjoyed the wet and dry saunas. My family also really enjoyed the breakfast. I also enjoyed the spa bathtub that we had with easy working TV.

To improve the place, I would add carpet floor in the bedroom area. The alarm clock was on when we entered the room which was surprising that the employee who cleans the room did not fix it for the guests. A metal fixture also seemed broken in the bathroom. It didn't have any effect on us though, but the company may want to fix it. Occasionally, you may hear a train going by, but it wasn't too noisy, and our family all got good sleep.

Clean facility, pool and jacuzzi are a plus! Nice area & just over the bridge to shopping and food.

No roll away beds. We have a 2, 4 & 8 year old so a roll away would be a really nice option. Train is loud, I have stayed here 2 times now. First stay train didn't run all night only 1 time, this time it ran about 3 times and honked going by.

We were able to check in early with no charge, super clean, comfortable beds, lots of pillows and staff were all very pleasant.

Close to freeway so was loud at night but free ear plugs provided 👍

The staff was very friendly and professional. They checked me in in a timely manner and went above and beyond the normal calls of duty of servicing me gave me extra towels etc she was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool and hot tub was excellent. The breakfast is okay they probably could have did a little bit better on that but besides that it was awesome might stay there again

Nice large room and good price, convenient to freeway. They provide earplugs to help cover the trains and whistles.

Eggs and sausage part of breakfast was apparently only on the weekend.. But did provide waffle machines, bagels, bread, yogurt, cereal, coffee and oj.

We love the property. I’m very clean very nice and spacious.

The only bad thing was at the beds are super squeaky the better frames make a lot of noise

Front desk staff very helpful in person and on the phone. I needed to be at a weeding at 3:30. They allowed me to check in early so I could get dressed and make it to the wedding on time. Very kind and helpful. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave. This would influence the decision to stay again.

I could hear the water from the other bathroom in my room. Finally figured out I should close my bathroom door! It was not terrible.

Staff was very friendly and the entire place was clean and well kept including the landscape, lobby, parking lots and of course the room.

I personally don't like having to wait until 3pm as a check in time, I work nights and sleep in the day. I have toi leave for work at 9pm, so with a check in time of 3pm I don't get much sleep.

This could have been a perfect score but we had to keep asking for plates,forks, bagels where all out of items one item at a time The short Hispanic lady that worked the front desk was more worried about sitting down in the back on her computer!!! After asking her the first time her entire face looked bothered because we asked!! So if she could have just not made those ugly faces at us like she seemed bothered this hotel would of been the perfect stay!! The morning of July 3rd between 8 and 9am… The rest of the staff was amazing checking in, rooms where clean, price was amazing, pool and pool area where clean we even got clean towels put in around pool area!!! I will totally stay at this place again for my Daughters next softball tournament,

The person that was more interested in sitting in the back her face said it all when we asked her for plates and bagels, and other utensils!! Or else this could have been the perfect 10 rate hotel

The breakfast was a great way to get started in the morning. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’ve enjoyed my stay here very much. Hated to leave.
