Most of all, it was quiet: a rare motel where I didn't have to sleep with earplugs, though of course this was in the off-season and there weren't a lot of other people staying there. Location was good, half mile to downtown, though the best cafe and mexican restaurant are like a half mile to the north outside of town. There's a whole row of motels along that road, this one is maybe closest to downtown, and cheapest.

It was a super small room: the bed took up most of the room, so not a room you'd want to really hang out it, especially if you were a couple, but still, it was ok. I don't know how'd it'd be if the motel was full up: not sure if the walls are thin or not, though parking was tight.

The location is very good for an overnight stop. The motel is in a convenient place. It has a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot. I used them all. The bed was excellent and I rested very well. The room was very clean and mostly functional, but very cramped.

The room is very small and feels cramped. The layout is difficult because of the small room size--there is not even a small desk for a place to work. I didn't even attempt to use the wi-fi ... or open my computer--fortunately there were no "work" fires... However it was very clean and the bed was comfortable ...

I like staying in Shasta city when going back and forth to Washington state and this establishment has become my go to place. You cant do much less expensive in town, they provide free coffee with cream, a fridge and nice big beds plus TVs & Wifi without any problems. I also much appreciate the outdoor baroque area with the picnic tables and fire pit. Staff have always been helpful as well.

Spotless and comfortable. It’s clear that the owners care. The room was pretty and cared for. Towels white and charcoal how brilliant to ask that the dark towels be used for makeup removal etc.

Very hard Q. Almost nothing. Only thing less than perfect was grouting in shower. Super clean but stained. “If this was me I would redo the grout whitening”. Seriously this is how much I loved our stay 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very cozy and comfortable for a solo traveler, maybe a bit smaller square footage compared to other rooms if traveling with a spouse or companion. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants or bar/coffee. No need to interact with a receptionist, pre-registration/payment and you get an access code for your key in a text.Very convenient.

Check-in was easy and efficient. No contact with staff, although I think that if we needed them they would have been accessible. Everything was clean, not fancy, but nice and what was expected.

There was nothing that we did not like in particular. Beds were separated from each other, so can work differently for different travelers. Would be good for kids and parents.

Beautiful, cheapest and great location close to food entertainment and downtown. Wonderful rooms and parking we would recommend this place to anyone going to mount shasta. Great place to stay when planing a relaxing trip, going skiing, for work, or in our case getting closer to the best hospital and staff to have ur baby before induction day. It was great!!!

Very clean tidy & cute little room. Love that it has a fridge microwave & coffee maker! Dark towels for makeup removal (wish more places did that! ) Will stay here again!

The curtains need to be put on such a way to get the benefit of the ac unit. It took a few tries during the night to get that right. Until then it was too hot to sleep. Only a small detail in the big picture

The booking.com app kept repeatedly sending me confirmations for a booking from June 2023!!!!...had to spend time calling and confirming with the hotel. Booking.com does not deserve their fees. Will book directly next time.
