We arrived at 2:30am because of flight cancellations. Reception staff was welcoming, friendly, efficient. Bed big and comfortable, room temperature was adjustable, shower was great.

Trivial things; could use another towel rail in the bathroom and another bathmat (tiled floor was cold and we ended up hopping between islands of towels). Relocate toilet paper roll to a place you can reach from the toilet. There was no breakfast but plenty of diners close by.

The location was great, surrounded by so many restaurants and stores for shopping if needed, liquor store next door and gas station across the street. Would definitely come back wasn't to far from the wineries about 30-40 min drive. The place seemed very secure as well there was a locked door than you can only enter with a key card before going to where the rooms were located. It was also very nicely renovated. Overall was a great stay. Oh and front staff were very nice too especially when I lost my key cards when I had literally just checked in.

The water pressure wasn't the best when showering but that it's pretty much it.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the complimentary crib for our baby. The shower had excellent water pressure and consistently hot water. The staff was very friendly and polite, and they quickly prepared our room when we arrived.

The air conditioning system was very noisy and disrupted our sleep. Additionally, water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, which was inconvenient. Another issue was that for check-in, we had to provide the names of all guests, which seemed unnecessary.

For the most part, everything was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very hospitable, and it was overall a very good stay.

The only issue was that the walls were very thin. For instance, I could hear every conversation that was being had word for word by the hotel pool and hot tub while I was in my room with the door closed. Also, I could hear every footstep from the guests staying above me.

Simple, comfortable and cheap stay to explore Napa Valley. It offers ample free parking. There are several franchise restaurants in the shopping center across the street, and the city center is not far away, where there are other more elaborate local restaurants. We visited Castillo di Amorosa and Domaine Carneros, both fantastic.

There is breakfast for an additional fee, but we prefer to buy it at the supermarket. The room had no view, it faced an internal courtyard.

Clean and location was great!

The lighting in the room was dim even with all the lamps on. Prefer brighter lightbulbs to make it better to see. Especially if you want to do your makeup in the bedroom mirror while the other person uses the bathroom mirror. I thought it was a bit pricey but I guess because it’s Napa, it was a bit higher cost than other Best Westerns I’ve stayed at in other states.

Spotlessly clean room! Very comfortable bed and pillows (it was very difficult to get out of bed and check out on a rainy day). Big and clean bathroom, soft white towels (as well as the bed linen) and equipped with the essentials for those who don't take anything from home. For the price, a breakfast could be included and improve what is already very good. But we would definitely return!

The girl who checked us in didn't seem very happy with her job and was not friendly at all, so that's our only negative of the whole experience.

The hotel was great! It was located near by shops and restaurants. It was a mile down the road from downtown Nappa and around the corner from the Premium outlets. The beds were nice and comfortable and the hotel smelled really good. The housekeeping kept our room cleaned everyday. Great place to stay !

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Loved the location. A GREAT part was the delicious coffee from local Napa made. We found on Amazon and will purchase when we get home.

It would have been a perfect stay if breakfast was included like it is for most Best Westerns.

The rooms were very clean and well supplied. The staff at the front desk were very polite and friendly.

Tried to check in early but couldn’t. I left my number for them to text me when my room was ready but they didn’t call me I had to call the front desk. I got into my room at 3:40.
