The front desk staff made this stay most unbelievably amazing! A special thank you to Ms. L! She made a judgement call, which was a courtesy emergency accommodation for our family to check-in much earlier due to a rained out wedding venue change and a terrible experience from the actual hosting hotel. We had our 75yr old parents visiting from Georgia, then riding 2hrs from Elk Grove to Napa for this day. Ms.L was very sympathetic and polite! Ms.R hosted in the restaurant. She was just totally personable and funny, which was much needed and appreciated. My husband and I visit Napa regularly and now we have a new found gem hotel for our stays. Thank you Indigo!!!

The floor was extremely dirty. Took my shoes off for 5 mins and had on white socks. When I looked at the bottom of my feet they were black! Even after I washed my socks the stain would not come off. You can tell the floor hadn’t been mopped in a long time.

Service was EXCELLENT especially at the bar/restaurant. The waiter was friendly, highly responsive/prompt and made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast daily (our group of 4). The morning we were leaving, he saw me struggling with my 2 suitcases and quickly came over to help me take them up the couple stairs and to my car in the front lobby. I offered him a tip. He kindly refused and said it wasn't necessary!! He was eager to get back to the restaurant area. In times of labor shortage, you don't always experience such excellent service. This guy is a gem! Thank you!!

location was great, the housekeeping was on top of their game, the soap the hotel provided was super good! room very spacious ( our was king suite) bed really comfortable! overall a great experience, can’t wait to be back in our next wine county trip! :)

no fan in the bathroom was main problem, after drink a lot of wins can be a problem 😂😂

Very spacious and comfortable room, we were conveniently located on the ground floor with a short walk to the pool and the convenience store/shop next door. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. Plenty of parking for vehicles. Can highly recommend dining at Il Posto Trattoria located directly behind the hotel, delicious Italian dishes and brilliant service.

The breakfast service was very slow, only staffed by one person who was trying to do everything. We ended up paying at the bar to be able to get on with our day. If you are planning to rent a bicycle to visit vineyards, there is a rent service available in the car park but note there’s very few bicycles - we were unlucky and could not get one for the day. Suggest you head out early to rent one and make the most of the scenery before waiting for the first vineyard to open.

The bed is comfy. The room is spacious and comfortable. The room has pretty good noise cancellation such that it is not noisy even though it is at a cross junction.

The lift to the second floor is down the hall way. pushing my luggage there and then pushing it again on carpet floor from the lift to my room took a bit of strength. The toilet has no door to the area where the basins are. There are no hooks in the shower area to hang the towel or my clothes. Also no space to place the toiletries in the shower area.

All the staff we met were very friendly and always ready to help when needed. The room was nice and clean as shown in the pictures, and the location was convenient for visiting the area around Napa.

Although the breakfast was good, it was too small for the price and didn’t fill us up for the day, but everything else was great during our stay.

Nice lobby, staff. Room was large, good location. Room was clean and hotel had nice lounge areas and dining areas.

The sink area was cramped and small, due to the large island. The coffee maker took up a lot of space on the sink area, leaving minimal space for personal items. The island was nice to have, but had no electrical outlets for coffee maker or phone chargers.

The room was very comfortable, the hotel met the expectations of an IHG property. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Very high premium paid for the weekend we stayed. Lovely pool, but it closed very early (8 or 9pm?) I understand having quiet hours, but it was very disappointing not being able to take a dip in the evening to cool from the heat.

the property is centrally located at 5 minutes from mayor wineries and close to the main roads. we found this hotel at a great price surrounded by expensive hotels. breakfast was included which was great to start the day and go to all the wineries. they also have restaurants near by which are away from the most crowed places . the hotel is being upgraded to a more modern urban style but we like it as it was

there is no need to charge for parking 10 dollars.
