Comfortable af bed. Jacuzzi tub that worked fantastically. It was clean, i felt safe.. nice people who minded their own business at just the perfect times... Nice room layout, huge bathroom with great counterspace. Large window, the regular items like fridge microwave and hair dryer, plenty of towels, very nice cleaning staff, i really enjoyed this one. I liked this place so much I've stayed two more times already.

Im not a huge fan of the neighborhood... And while the place was spotless, there was just an odor then i forget got in the room. Not gross, not like cleaner either.. not otherwise no issues And just a suggestion, of they put open shelves in the closet area behind the door, that would have been perrrfect.

My wife and I were visiting due to a death in the family. Was one of the hardest trips we've ever made. Needless to say, we were not up for any more drama. Especially where we were going to be sleeping. I made our reservations, was very easy and fast. When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice gentleman that checked us in. I went to the room to check it out. I didn't want any surprises for my wife. She was having a pretty rough time. The room needs to upgrade on the furniture. With that said, the room was exceptionally clean. Cleaner than any other hotels that we have stayed in. Once we laid on the bed we were out. The comfort was great. No loud noises. I really have to give this hotel a 9 out of 10 over all. We will be using this site and hotel again and again. Kudos and keep up the amazing jobs. Thank you and God bless.

I enjoyed how spacious the rooms were and the great bathroom. The water pressure was great and I enjoyed the provided body wash, conditioner, and shampoo.

I was really looking forward to the breakfast, but when I got there it was a little disappointing. There wasn’t a lot of selections of food. Although there was a pancake machine there wasn’t much options for protein other than unflavored wrapped breakfast burritos and hard boiled eggs.

Pet friendly, clean

Coffee. Hot water with a trace of coffee taste.,one morning breakfast had an hour left but no utensils and bread . When ask if they restock during breakfast . She said no, that she had very little or none. Which wasn't true. One night ask to change my room ( not even an hour in it. Due to the mattress was the worst mo matress feel just metal frame feel and the sink stink like sewage. But they did nothing just say they would send someone to confirm which didn't happen, and neither did the change. My back was sore from laying on metal didnt sleep much.

Place was clean

The fact that even though I had a handicap plate, I was not allowed to park overnight in a handicapped parking space because the disabled person was not the one driving. I dont understand this rule, most disabled people do not drive....some are blind and others are wheelchair bound. I didn't argue because fortunately my father is able walk but I just dont think it makes sense that a person with a disability cannot make use of a government issued permit in a designated space for them.

Customer not sure where the young lady went but they should have kept her ! She was right for the job especially that night! Gave the perfect room without any questions she was the reason for my return visit with which she was gone the room she issued was good compared to the rest I stayed in the breakfast offering was very good she even made sure the customers had butter for the pancakes offered unlike my last stays post this one can't say anything else but it's good compared everything else in the area for the price point

Customer service since this visit has not equaled. This visit breakfast made the difference but even at the right price point I wouldn't pay more for the rooms the were inconsistent each room was not the same experience as the 1st time I have stayed attempting to get that experience and stay with that price point but again the service and accommodations have been different each time

You accepted a walk in customer with three cats without a blink of an eye. The hotel had reservations with did not accept my pets at check-in - even though I had called ahead of time to verify they did.

My neighbors - Loud, foul-mouthed, yelling and slamming doors at least until 1:00am (that's when I finally knocked out). However, I never did complain to any staff about how rude these people were.

I love how nice they are, how when we asked to change the sheets they did it without any hesitation. also how it doesn't cost an arm and leg to spend time without my partner without the kids.

I dislike that You can hear the people in the room next to you like if there is not even a wall between you.

Not too shabby for the price Last minute. Breakfast was just a little something to get your day going, but still better than not... toast and coffee or pastry. Decently priced washers and dryers are available ..area isn't bad but there are some randoms roaming the area . Parking is not the best best there are cameras on the grounds

It was clean the room was nice the location a bit shady but again it was very clean.

The elevator was not working. Was not fixed the week I was there. I have a bad back.
