We love that it's close to the shops & restaurants. The staff are friendly & accommodating esp the one who looks like Ed Sheeran. He was very nice. The pool & the spa are amazing too! The room is very spacious & the whole hotel is very clean.

We were stuck in the elevator for a few mins but it was ok. It was just a minor technical issue which was resolved quickly. The breakfast could use some bacon & variation esp for guests staying more than 3 days.

Room was nice with mini-fridge and microwave. Breakfast was excellent. More than I expected. Bathroom was nice offset. Tv channels were good with good size TV. Nice king sized rooms.

Wasn't informed of the deposit up front. It was fine and the money went back on my card after we checked out but, he said the bill was $75 more than booking.com said and once I asked why then he explained it was just a deposit. They had an odd, long list up of all the forms (of legal payment) they don't accept. Glad I had a visa credit card

The hotel receptionist made sure that my family needs were met. We needed to change rooms due to an unexpected guest and she took care of it without hassel. The breakfast was good. It was centrally located to resturants and stores. It was right off the interstate which was a plus.

I don't have any complaints about our stay.

Stay was great! Very clean and comfortable. In a good location. The breakfast was amazing, especially the waffles that you get to make yourself. Plus the 2 ladies that worked breakfast were super nice and welcoming, helped my daughter with the waffle maker, she really enjoyed it. It’s a great place to stay.

Sam did an exceptional job working great under pressure when the system crashed and he had quite a few people ready to check in. There was another lady that was also amazing during our stay but i didn't catch her name. She was a latina with black hair in a pony tail (braided) and glasses. Our rooms were huge! Clean! Comfy! Parking situation was a breeze. The breakfast was awesome! The ladies in the lounge area were great and kept everything tidy and were quick to refill whatever was needed immediately. Definitely would recommend and definitely would stay here again. I'm not a snob when it comes to hotels so this place was great for me. Clean, free breakfast, parking, pool, and free wifi and close to a bunch of eateries, PERFECT. 3 The furniture was a little out of date and it had wear and tear but again, everything was clean so I'm fine with it.

The only thing i didn't like was that i had left my trash out of my room in the morning. I seen the housekeeper already doing the rooms next to us. She passed next to me no acknowledgement, no good morning or a smile. When i came back after awhile she was gone and my trash was left untouched. I figured maybe it's protocol not to touch it or something. I still left it out because there was food in it and i didn't want the room to smell. When we came back in the evening it had been emptied but there was no bag in it. So that was kind of weird to me. But not a deal breaker at all.

mini fridge barely kept anything semi cold, the floors and pullout were dirty, the doors have to either be kept open or closed otherwise it would shut, call for extra towels took 5 hours and they are so incredibly thin

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Ontario. The room was so spacious and everyone was so nice. We will definitely be staying here again.

They could have had towels at the pool. But we also went early in the morning and it was cold, so they may not have thought anyone would be using it.

The night staff was great. The gentleman really went above and beyond to help me with my laundry. Excellent Customer Service!

A little on the noisy side. Walls are then. Wanted to rest and could hear guest walking upstairs and neighbors talking

The property was very clean. The staff was nice they will greet you at the door. Will even give you a goodie bag let’s you know informative things about the hotel

Bed covers were stained had to check for bed bugs but everything overall was great.

This is one of the hotels i like to stay at when im in Ontario,its location is quiet and very convenient as far as being close to the mall and freeway. Theyre breakfast variety is great and delicious. The rooms are spacious and quiet,i had a wonderful good nights rest both nights i was there and i will definitely be back when i visit the city.
