What a great hidden treasure! The unit was clean, cozy and comfortable! Most importantly, there were no bugs! I've stayed at a couple other hotels in PS and they had bugs! The swimming pool was inviting, cabanas and a lot of flowers and plants to create a beautiful tropical experience!

I had a little trouble checking in, which was my fault due to my phone malfunctioned and I could not get the passcode for the front door entrance. My concern was that when I called, I could not get somebody to help me in person, he said that I have to do everything online. For a senior citizen sometimes it takes a little longer but we did figure it out.

I loved that there was a kitchen with all the dishes and appliances I needed to actually make a compleat meal. I appreciated that the rooms were not crowed the, courtyard space made it feel much more intimate and comfortable and the room was spacious and had everything I needed to make my time there convenient and comfortable. And the staff were very friendly, elusive, (in good way) but helpful, understanding, and easy going. And the 24 hr access to pool and hot tub is the icing on the cake!

Thought maybe I saw a bed bug .. I flushed it and got new bedding, haven’t seen any others so I’ve been re needing my booking but if I start getting bites I’ll let manager know as of right now seems like a false alarm

I loved the entire vibe of the hotel. This was our second time staying there and it was totally based on the on the amazing first time there a year ago that it was no question where we would stay on this particular trip back to Palm Springs. I am a huge fan of the kitchen in our room. We had gone grocery shopping at the Grocery Outlet nearby and brought our food to our room to minimize cost on eating out for breakfast lunch and dinner. This spot is truly an adult paradise with pool tables, games area, a grill, several long tables and benches. Then there are the cutest cabanas and lounge area in the opposite end. The pool is perfect and we spent all our days and night in the pool for a while each day. I am also a huge fan of the contactless check in and no keys being needed to get inside your room. Communication went through text and responses were quick which was great.

We were there from Sunday to Wednesday and our room never had maid service. I understand not needing to clean every single day and really all I would have wanted were at least one set of fresh towels and toilet paper. I text on two days the need for toilet paper.

It was super cute. Quiet n perfect for adults. Loved the pool table n then pool is 24/7. The pool beds r free and just over all a nice place. It isn’t perfect but I think that gives it character. The office person takes care of it and his customers. If looking for a quite nice place to get away from your kids or anyone this is the place. Released the funds right away and no hidden fees and told us where to get the better deals.

Just the locks were hard to do but once u figured it out ur good.

There was no breakfast service. The location was great; close to downtown and restaurants. The check in procedure was all done via email correspondence with no need to interface with people. The property is well secured and private with access via gate and door codes. Facilities were extremely clean and well kept. This is a quaint old-Palm Springs type place. Overall a very nice stay and value.

Parking in front of the facility is limited and amounts to street parking. No EV charging even though the inn across the street does provide this service for its guest. It’s not a real big issue but would be a nice feature and selling point. It would be nice to have power outlets at the night stands to plug a phone charger.

The location was prime. 5 mins via Uber to downtown and the casino. The value for the price was amazing. Also the beds were super comfy. The facilities have a nice pool and pool table to play with yet in rough shape

The pool table felt was falling apart, the two bedroom half house has a window facing into their supply room. Which they placed a black plastic bag on the window to block the view in (yet slightly see through)

We absolutely loved this place! It exceeded our expectations.. did someone say Melrose place? Super cute and private.. the room was everything! Cute studio apartment with full kitchen, bathroom, closet, bedroom/living room dining combo. With French doors that open up to a beautiful courtyard to a view of a pool and Jacuzzi with entertainment of a pool table and plenty of areas to lounge around. A super cute pond of koi fish. They have an outside dining area as well as a BBQ grill if you're in the mood for grilling.. if you are looking to get away for a relaxing or romantic getaway and privacy this is the place to be. You won't be disappointed. Two thumbs up 👍👍 in my book. 👌💯

The property is located in a very quiet location but within a couple of blocks of main streets and less than 5 minute drive from downtown. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The kitchen was a bit dated but nice to have a full size fridge and appliances. We enjoyed the pool courtyard area.

Some areas of the property need some TLC. There is a games area beside the pool courtyard that needs some work. The kitchen had minimal supplies such as cutlery, plates, and no wine glasses. However, there was enough supplies for us, so we didn't need to complain. I'm sure housekeeping could bring you more items if you asked.

I liked how everything was very close. Loved the staff and easy self check in. Rooms were awesome. Loved the 24 hr pool. Super clean The lotion that they leave was super nice, not cheap. Our first room had a private patio which is a bonus. Decor was great. Loved the huge dome chair where me and my husband chilled a while at night.

You have to remember its a 24 hr pool. So some tenants were rudely loud the first night, but the staff once made aware walked the property to make sure it didn't happen again. The jacuzzi jets are being worked on but the spa was still super nice and hot.

I loved how secluded it was and how spacious the king suite was. I love how close it was to the pool and how private things were. Being adult only, it was very quite. Even though the link for signing in didn’t work, the person at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful!

There were some areas that could have been touched up (some plaster coming off the walls) but honestly it wasn’t too major.
