We loved the location and the cleanliness. It was spotless and had a full sized kitchen which included a dishwasher and huge fridge. Joanna was a dream during check in and was always on hand to help when we needed her, what an asset to this hospitality business! Thank you Joanna ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Some parts were a little tired, but the vibe, location, staff and cleanliness made up for that.

The grounds were very well groomed, tidy, clean. The hotel overall has an attractive layout and the architecture is very Palm Springs. We really enjoyed the large courtyard, and the spa pool! We took advantage of the outdoor couches and fire pit. My room was large and well appointed. The bed was comfy and I was very happy with the room. It was easy to request room service and the staff is friendly and professional.

I would have appreciated a few more towels. I got one washcloth, one hand towel and two bath towels. Also it was a bit noisy being on a busy street (not the hotel's fault). Parking in the lot is sometimes an issue.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in! Perfect stay after a long hike in Joshua Tree Park or local trails in Palm Springs. Slept like a princess! Clean, calm, comfortable bed, very nice area, jacuzzi and pool working until late evening. Free parking was a big bonus. Also coffee maker and coffee and tea in the room was nice. Perfect location central in Palm Springs and walk distance to many places to eat both dinner and breakfast.

Paper walls: a bit easy to hear the neighbors. Close to the Main Street. Depending on which room you get and time of the day, might be a bit noisy from traffic.

Not enough storage space in bathroom

Love the mid-century modern design. Pool, hot tubs, outdoor areas great. Went for one night to sleep after hiking San Jacinto. Location great and slept great.

Just little things like the room was roasting when we first entered. The air conditioning unit then went on to chirp like a cricket was in the room. It’d be nice if there was someplace to put toiletries in bathroom (only a pedestal sink).

Fantastic facilities and pool areas. Great room with a clean kitchen, comfy beds and very nice staff as well as the other guests. the atmosphere was very genuine. great when arriving by car and very close to the airport as well as a short walk to the downtown area and the canyons.

The temperature in the rooms could have been better, especially in the beginning of march when the mornings and nights are pretty cold. I would wish that the water pressure in the shower on the second floor room was more consistent.

The room were very nice and appeared to be kept up. Thr courtyards are in great shape and kept very clean. Staff is great and very helpful. Love the security around the place

There tends to be a noise element occasionally outside the units..especially after you shut the Hotel for the night and nobody is on duty....we also had a power failure for a whole evening Thursday 16th Feb until 4.00am .. No proper working laundry facilities for the guests..this is a bit of a drawback...

Love the spiral staircase to our upgraded room. Thank you for that. We hit good weather so didn't need the air conditioner too much. The large hot tub looked like it need a bit of resurfacing, not too many using it. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Love the mid-century modern decor.

Sure glad I know how to park a car. Always had a space to go to but a back-up camera is very helpful.

Convenient location. No need for hotel breakfast - walk to town, get your own! Good value for money. Laundry on site. You can smoke a cigar in the courtyard which is a rare privilege nowadays. Nice evening firepits.

Keyed back door to property did not work during entire stay despite telling staff of the issue.

The facilities were well kept overall and the hotel served our purpose...clean and cozy. Pool pleasant.

A little pricey (a little). Same price direct and through Booking.com, so didnt see a difference. Girl at front desk could have been a little more cheerful. There was a moment when front desk was totally unattended for over 15 min and customers waiting.
