Location was great and easy to access from the freeway. The room was great and more than comfortable/met the needs that were expressed to the staff. Breakfast offered in the morning was also great, full breakfast- not just a cheap continental breakfast. Staff was helpful and acommodating to the needs of my elderly father, which I appreciate.

Reservation was made on Booking.com in advance and I received email confirmation from both Booking and the hotel. However, when I checked in, they could not find the reservation because of a system glitch. The front desk clerk had to re-do the reservation and then at that point, no longer had first floor rooms available. Check in took longer than it should have but she was able to offer him a handicap mini suite, closest to the parking lot exit to make it easier for my dad. the room was very nice and exactly what he needed.

This hotel is loaded with great amenities. It has laundry facility, fitness room, snack bar, pool, free breakfast - not continental; real deal. The rooms are spacious. I got the King Studio room. You get an iron & ironing board, microwave, refrigerator, sizeable closet, sofa, desk, and a flat screen TV. Beds are comfortable. The price for overnight stay was more than reasonable. I especially liked the checkout time of 12 noon, and I liked very much the welcome greeting that was casted on the TV screen when I entered the room. Hampton Inn & Suites has got business. I'll be looking for them any place I go for overnight stays.

My family loved everything about our stay. The best nights rest. Pillows and beds were very comfy. Loved the shampoo/conditioner & shower gels in the shower. Breakfast was a plus. Customer service at the front desk was good too.

What I didn’t like was we came to relax in the pool and jacuzzi. I called before arriving to check the pool hours and I was told the heat was turned off in the jacuzzi because it was too hot for kids. I felt like saying , then kids shouldn’t be allowed in the jacuzzi. That really was a spoiler for us adults that wanted to relax in the jacuzzi after a long day of work.

Amazing staff I was there for my sisters wedding and although our room wasn’t ready yet they let me change in the bathroom into my suit. The room was amazingly comfortable, very big, and not to mention an amazing tv setup. Also there was a couch which was cool and the bathroom was exceptional, very clean and a good size.

Really nothing besides the pretty late check in times, but I understand that’s because of how good the hotel is.

everything at this property met our expectations 95%. i would give it a 100% except for the jacuzzi want working but they accommodated us by letting us use the hotel next door pool. Let me say this. The staff was above and beyond friendly, helpful and professional and i appreciate that especially it was 108 degrees that day. So I fully recommend this property with a 9/10

location was good and the facility was clean and tidy, some amenities are aged and need revamping but overall pretty good

there had been an upload of changes on the computer system the morning we arrived and there were some errors occurring with payments, my card had to be presented twice to get the terminal to accept payment, it eventually charged me twice for the payment and now some five days later I am still waiting to have my excess funds reimbursed

The room was HUGE. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Breakfast was awesome. The hotel was very clean and pleasant.

We booked an ADA room. It was HUGE, but ther bathroom had only one grab bar in the shower and there was a bathtub that my husband had to step into. It really wasn't safe for him.

The staff was very nice and gave great recommendations for dinner. Most importantly though a housekeeper named Annette was very sweet from the first time I got on the elevator with her to the third time. She is what made me very happy with this stay. Please give her a smile for us.

Original room we received the toilet was not working but they gave us a different room across the hallway that was perfect.

I liked that the property was in close proximity to our destination. There were plenty of convenient restaurants and stores, which were so helpful. I also absolutely loved the body products. they were wonderful, and it was such a great surprise of how well they worked, considering most times hotel bath & hygiene products are sub par. Thank you.

Our TV's local stations didn't work and when I went to ask the front desk and the response was, I don't know about that. :-( Bathroom in room 302 had a bad sewage smell that was unpleasant. Room in general smelt like old cigarettes.
