I like this motel a lots. The staff are very welcome the guest, very polite and kind. The location is perfect to reach all the famous places in Silicon Valley. The room is good size and clean. Even it is located in a man street but it is very quiet at night time. I really recommend to all people need a place to live when you are in San Jose. Lan Nguyen

The property and the room are clean and comfortable. The area feels safe even at night. It's quiet and close by to where I need to be. The complimentary wifi works well for most of my remote work needs, including video conference, Google Meet and Zooms. Overall, it's a great stay for the price.

One of the rooms I stayed in has electrical plugs that connects to a motion sensor. We did not notice that many of our devices were not charged. Some rooms also have limited access to electrical outlets. However, the property manager is trying to upgrade the property. Hopefully, next time we will have extensions available in these rooms.

Akash is a fine host! I complained about flush and he came up with the air pump and a key to next room at once and told me that he would change the room if the issue is not resolved in 5 minutes! Now, that's like being super proactive and helpful. Thank you Akash for quick response, people like you who take ownership and responsibility make a property awesome. At first it may look like a regular motel, but inside of the rooms are nice and have old American charm. Rooms are spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and room has all basic facilities. Enough parking was available and it felt safe as it is within the property through an entrance. This was one of the reason i choose this property as i was driving an expensive rental. Many good restaurants are walkable from the property.

May be a gate at the entrance would make it feel more safe in downtown neighbourhood, though it was okay.

This is one of the rare times I can comment positively on a "value motel". So many in this price range nowadays are rundown, uncared for, dirty and neglected. This one was not. While similarly blase on the outside, the room was accommodating, neat, clean and comfortable. There were no obvious signs of neglect and/or poor maintenance like so many have. Automatic lighting in the bathroom was nice if you get up in the middle of the night - the light goes on when you near the door. Coffee setup was well stocked. Everything you would expect was there -- refrigerator, hair dryer, microwave, coffee. The setting is convenient -- gas station and convenience store right across the street, Denny's restaurant (where I walked to breakfast) on the corner. The parking lot is well-lighted and clean. Even though it's in a somewhat "urban" area there were no signs of blight or suspicious individuals. Very convenient to San Jose Airport which is where I was heading in the morning.

The refrigerator made a bit of gurgling noise but it didn't really bother me.

The room I was in felt very cozy and pleasing when I walked into it, with a small couch, coffee table, and minifridge. A neat place tucked away so I felt safe in the parking lot. Conveniently across the street from a Walmart, Starbucks, Denny's, and a Chevron Gas station along with many other convenient places to get necessities or food quickly.

There were just some very small holes in the walls from where you can tell something was mounted and the corners of the wallpapers were peeling in some spots. Sadly the outlets closest to the bed were all taken by the lamps too. Just very minor things, nothing inconvenient at all if you ask me.

Easy access to downtown area amd restaurants. Friendly service, clean room with lots of extras. It wasn't the Ritz Carlton but it was clean and quiet and great value for the price. I would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The place is across the street from Chevron and a 3-minute walk to Dennys. The room was clean. A good place to stay if you are only staying for a night or two like we did.

All though the sheets were cleaned, there were stains on the top sheets. There are not enough wall plug outlets to plug in your phone chargers. The mini fridge was a bit outdated. The beds were not all that comfortable. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. My body wouldn't have handled another night. The bathroom is a bit small. Rooms need to be updated. Only one set of stairs, that are narrow, even though there are more rooms that wrap halfway around the hotel. Stairs are closer to the office located at the front. There is an ice machine, but no operating vending machine for drinks. Parking was a bit of a hassle when we stayed due to a semitruck cab parked in the parking lot that took several spaces.

A great place to stay. Very convenient to down town San Jose and the surrounding venues. I've stayed at this hotel; several times. And each time, I've loved my room. And the Manager, Kashok, has always been gracious, kind, warm and an overall a loverly person. Friendly staff, car didn't get broken into so that's a plus.

Very LOUD hotel right on a very busy road with a bus stop right outside. So all night is cars racing, loud Harleys, the beeping of the buses when they raise and lower to let people on, car alarms, sirens, etc. Also, no elevator so gotta lug everything up the stairs.

It was convenient to the San Jose Civic Center for a concert I was attending. Normally stay with family, they’re doing upstairs renovations. It was clean and comfortable. Good price for the area.

Nothing. Have zero complaints. I’m originally from San Jose, but retired to the sierras. I was apprehensive, because I’ve met stay in an inn, hotel, or motel there.
