The hotel was very charming and its appearance. The bed was very comfortable and the mini split air-conditioning was silent and wonderful wonderful in terms of cooling the room down. Location wise, we were able to walk to excellent restaurants and we were a short bike ride away from the phenomenal coastal walking and biking trails. We were also impressed with how well cared for and maintained the hotel wise. In the mornings Of both days of our stay, the staff was busy, tending to landscaping, sweeping, and blowing all the walkways, intending to the hotel as a conscientious homeowner would care for their own home.

We did notice that the Wi-Fi didn’t work very well in the evening. If I’m not mistaken, we saw technicians during the day doing work that appeared to be addressing the Soso Wi-Fi quality.

It has a lovely pacific island ‘vibe’. We stayed in room 3 which has a lovely porch/couch area. Close to the lovely clean pool. Close to eating places across the road and quick walking distance to a 7 Eleven. A coffee maker in the room and also fresh drip coffee and tea 7.30 each morning in reception. Ample parking. Ice machine/snack on property. When we couldn’t get the tv to work someone came over straight away and reset it for us. Don’t know why there have been bad reviews but maybe could be a different experience in other rooms . Staff were friendly and helpful

We appreciated that it had a kitchenette with a large refrigerator, an actual dining area and a comfortable bed. It met all our needs.

Very small issues, like the blinds not covering the windows in dining area all the way down; we had a time figuring out the shower. We had never used one quite like it, but it was figured out. There wasn’t enough space in the closet to accommodate the suitcase with the expanding suitcase holder.

Very clean room. No breakfast but good coffee in the lobby. Room was spacious and included a mini fridge and microwave. Great location, convenient to downtown and shops, on a busy street but backing onto a lovely residential neighborhood. It was 100% quiet all night! Great staff!!

I’ve stayed here 3 times in the past 6 months and returning from evening outings have had to park on the street. It’s a mild inconvenience as the parking is super close to the hotel and the streets are quiet and safe. We were able to move the car into the parking lot in the morning to load in our things.

Natural light on both sides of the bedroom and in the bathroom, but nicely dark for sleeping. Very quiet at night. My room had a large mini fridge with a separate freezer compartment and it was sparkling clean. I also had a microwave, very important since they do not have breakfast but did serve good coffee in the lobby as well as a coffee maker in the room. Comfortable king bed, good reading lamps on both sides of the bed and a desk and chair with a lamp. The bathroom was sparkling clean and featured a tub/shower combo. Staff was friendly and courteous. The parking lot is small and returning from my evening outing I had to park on the street. But not to worry, the streets are well lit, and the property backs to a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood. I stayed here 4 months ago, and have already booked the Oasis Inn for a trip next month. Highly recommend it!!

Really liked the hardwood floors in the room. Bed was comfortable platform with pillowtop mattress, Was quieter than I expected with the traffic nearby. Gelson's across the street. Delicious Jeanine's breakfast down the street as well as Target and shopping. Downtown not far at all. Easy access to 101 fwy. Area felt safe.

Parking lot is narrow. Do not bring a large vehicle for that lot. Had to back out slowly and alternate reverse and drive a couple times to get out of the lot.

The motel was very quiet and well located for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. It is located in a neighborhood with good bus service and superior walkability. Decor was fresh and well done. Tv, bathroom, coffe/fridge/microwave were effective and convenient to use. Very comfy bed and very spacious room considering the rock bottom price we paid.

Considering the price and the wide range of amenities available within a few hundred feet, I can’t think of anything to complain about.

An attractive, clean, and comfortable room. No breakfast bar; however, just across the street is Renaud's, an upscale café that serves a great breakfast. Also across the street is Chaucer's, a fabulous independent bookstore, and Gelson's, a supermarket. On a main street, but we weren't bothered by traffic noise. The location is good for easy access (by car) to downtown Santa Barbara, the coastline, nearby shopping centers, and the freeway (Highway 101).

I went for one night only. We got to the hotel a bit earlier than expected. The manager went out of her way to accommodate us, and also, she gave us a different room than the one i reserved, a bigger one, clean and very spacious. The garden and patio are cute and relaxing. It's an Oasis I will come back to this place.

The parking is sometimes kind of tricky. But everything looks organized. It's not a big issue.
