The property was beautiful close to everything that you can possibly walk to!

What I didn’t like about the property is that they asked for security deposit of $100 and when my trip was over all kinds of cash was coming out of my account so some fraudulent transactions were done after staying there!! Not very happy with that but luckily my bank was able to take action! Won’t stay there again!

Excellent stay at this property. Very clean, nicely decorated, convenient wet bar with everything you need for a short stay. Huge refrigerator, utensils and lot of space. Best location near beach area and short walk to SB downtown. Best value, would love to be back again and again.

I liked the prompt service. My husband and I arrived and was given a room that was was not ready to be occupied, meaning the bed was not made and there was trash etc. but as soon as the manager spotted that, he quickly apologized and moved us to a suite at no extra charge. He was extremely concerned about the mistake that had occurred and apologized for the inconvenience caused and took our belongings and settled us in the nice suite. He was extremely professional and very attentive. He even offered a free night next time we need to stay here in Santa Barbara. The room was very clean and had everything you couldn’t find in other pricey hotels. My husband and I will definitely come back and refer this hotel to others!

Great welcome from Ben at Reception. Really comfortable room, though bathroom was relatively small and bedroom was a bit limited in space due to the size of the bed (which was huge and very, very comfortable). The included breakfast was a great way to start the day. The pool and spa also provided the opportunity to relax which was appreciated as we had been on the road for 3 weeks. Onsite parking was excellent and the staff maintain the grounds and rooms to a very high standard.

Maybe a bit of variety at breakfast, but otherwise no complaints.

Very nicely remodeled rooms with high end plumbing fixtures, large refrigerator, espresso machine, heated makeup mirror in the bathroom, full setup of dishes, glasses and silverware for meals. Also there were two wall mounted TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Fresh cookies in the lobby in the afternoon and full breakfast in the morning was excellent!

Living room sparsely furnished. Needs side tables/lamps for the sofa and some art work on the walls. Heat/cooling worked well but a little noisy and would help to have some instructions on how to set the thermostat. Also, the TVs setup is awkward...need use two remotes to watch TV channels. Would be preferable to have one universal remote and instructions on how to access things.

Perfect location just a 4 minute walk from the beach and a few blocks from downtown : amazing restaurants, coffee shops, tons of wineries etc . The inn was super clean and very comfortable (great bed, AC, big room with patio in our case), pool area a bit small (it got crowded) but was nice to lay around when we wanted a break. The main office also has a little convenience store of sorts, super practical to get some drinks and if anyone needs snacks, sunscreen, towels… I plan to stay again if I’m in town ! Loved the general vibe.

Pool area much smaller than it appears in photos; so if other people are there you feel like everyone is in each other’s space. Otherwise all good for us !

Charming property in a beautiful location. The beach was a block a way and State Street was a couple blocks over. We walked everywhere for 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there. The staff was helpful and the housekeepers kept our room tidy! The room was immaculate and the bed was comfy. I loved that I got a good night’s sleep each night and that I didn’t have to wear socks to prevent my feet from getting dirty from carpet. It was a worry free stay! High recommendation!

The little patio at the back of our room faced a wooden fence. No milk alternative or warm vegan breakfast items available during the complimentary breakfast.

Really clean and modern suite - we were upgraded! The room was in excellent condition, has been very tastefully decorated and is well equipped. The location is great, only a short walk to the beech and close to State Street - the heart of Santa Barbara. After three weeks of travelling , it was useful to have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Coffee, fruit and biscuits are available all the time. Excellent place to stay in up-market Sant Barbara.

Clean & newly refurbished room. Kitchenette was well stocked. Free bike usage (& e-bike rental for a minimal charge of $15/ hour). Cookies in the lobby. Very nice staff.

Missed opportunities to be really top notch: not a very comfortable mattress & squeaky bed frame. With hardwood floors in the room, there should be a rug and artwork to complete the room. Another lounge chair would’ve been a nice touch as well! The deluxe king room we were “upgraded” to had a view of the back alleyway trash bins. The bathroom had no counter space & the shower head was large but deceivingly ineffective. The lobby offers food & free coffee & tea but only the purchase of water.

Great location, very clean, decent parking. Lots of nice outdoor areas to enjoy the weather. Quick safe walk to the beach.

It can be pretty noisy between units and on the bottom floors. Unfortunately, the gentleman at registration is professional and efficient but not friendly AT ALL. The evening staff are the complete opposite, super friendly, but during our stay we encountered the unfriendly man mostly and were afraid to even ask him a question. He upgraded my Mom which was very nice, so I hate to complain about him, but we had 3 rooms and he treated each of us the same. At least he’s consistent I guess.
