Great location and views from the rooms. Walking distance to Heavenly shopping, restaurants, and ski lift. Nice exercise room with modern equipment. Rooms were quiet too.

One of the toilets in our room broke and stopped flushing. Fortunately, each room has two bathrooms. The hot tub next to the pool was still closed due to construction. I would have preferred less costly or free parking. We booked a room for three people but the amenities such as coffee mugs were only for two people.

2 Full bathrooms were great! Didn't talk to one hotel employee, did the self check in and out. I did like the Mexican restaurant between the 2 casinos. Harrah's is walking distance to everything that you may need around downtown. Didn't bother to hit the casino though walked through it.

Not much, there was a noisy air handler on the hotel roof that was visible from the window and it made a loud screeching noise the entire time.

Nicely clean , customer service is awesome , Kathie. She is from Republica Dominicana was very helpful smiling with lots of knowledge, she knows what to do as customer service representative 😃👍🏼… When we check out also , sorry I can not remember her name , I was afraid with my headaches due to the altitude,both were very affected other that that is beautiful hotel to stay , restaurants too.

All the hotel and casino are clean

2 bathrooms are useful when traveling with kids Great location - walking distance to Gondola and the Village with plenty of restaurants and activities

The pool was rather cold and the hot tub was in repairs Could use a microwave in the room You need to let showers run for a long while to get the hot water flowing

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was upgraded for a nominal fee, which I gladly paid for a room with a view of the Lake.

t would have been a perfect 10 all the way, however I was extremely disappointed that the Hot tub was out of order and hasn't been working for years....this is not what people who visit from around the world expect.

The rooms were good. Had a nice view of Lake Tahoe & the mountains.

Our initial room was a two queen bed room and we asked if we could move to a king bed room. Our desk clerk was very nice and was able to move us to a bigger room with no additional charge. The room was very nice and had a his and hers bathroom, which we loved! The hotel was very close to our concert venue and within walking distance to everything else we did while there.

I guess, maybe that there wasn't anywhere to eat after the concert was over. We thought that there should have been at least a 24 hr diner open in either Harrahs or Harveys. And maybe provide luggage racks for the customers to use, as the bell desk was pretty slow to get our bags up to the room and we had to wait quite a while to get to dinner, etc. We would have been happy to take our bags up ourselves. Not their fault at all, as everyone was checking in at once, but give the guests a choice to get their own luggage.

Accommodations were made for a specific room, central location, great meal delivered directly to my door from Hells Kitchen for dinner, quick and absolutely delicious!

The smoking room was great! But may I suggest an air freshener or plug in oil to make room smell nice.

Loved the two bathrooms!

I felt like since I had booked our stay 6 months in advance we should have had adjoining rooms or at least side by side rooms as I had requested. Two doors apart was ok but not ideal.

I think you guys do a pretty amazing job of keeping an old building look clean. Obviously the property needs some upgrades and renovations but overall the hotel looked great and the room was prefect.
