We came down to watch our granddaughter compete at regional gymnastics. This was where they were staying. It was a good location and close to the fairgrounds where the meet was held. Good resturants close by, was quite had a pool for the kids and a good breakfast. We were in a king deluxe suite. Bed was very nice, I like a soft bed and this was close, one of the better beds at hotels we 've stayed at. It was clean and seemed well maintained.

Only complaint was a used towel hanging on back of bathroom door. Still gave you a 10. Everything else was very nice.

The breakfast was very good and hot entrees were kept warm. There was a wide variety. The hotel was very clean. The location was near the UC Hosptial which was our priority. It was also near Cherry Creek State Park which we would like to visit in the future The best part was the staff at front desk. They all were very kind and accommodating.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable but that was a minor issue to us.

Very quiet, immaculate, and great value. I didn’t realize they have a hospital rate if your visit is centered around the Aurora Medical Center. I found out when I booked an extra night.

I’m a very picky breakfast person. No oatmeal and no quality bread. They had a yogurt machine, which I’ve never seen, but unfortunately it was sweetened.

The front desk employees were very helpful and willing to answer any questions we had about how to get to our destination in town. We also liked the convenience of having full access to water and coffee in the lobby.

I thought the toilets sat a little lower than normal to the ground. I am 50+ years old and in good condition. However, it would have been helpful to have a handrail next to the toilet to help get up. Otherwise, the room was nice.

Breakfast was hot, but not much selection. Staff was very friendly.

No daily maid service which was fine but you had to take dirty towels to front desk to get clean towels. While I understand theft can be a problem, these towels were thin and not worth taking.

Friendly staff, clean location, you could smell bleach on every floor, which was a comfort. Parking was awesome, I felt safe wherever I ended up parking my car. I loved the coffee machine that never runs out, which was nice, leaving in the middle of the night, saved me from having to stop at a convenience store on the way out of town.

My only two complaints were the elevator took forever for a property that only has 4 floors, but that's no big deal. Breakfast, unfortunately, was ice cold every day, even after only opening a half hour before. Other than that, I definitely would stay here again.

Pretty good breakfast. Liked the new water bottle filler system in the lobby. Clean bed.

Could use softer and better bath towels. Area near elevator was hot and humid. My room didn't adequately cool down even with the temperature down and the fans on hi.

I enjoyed the design specifically for handicapped needs especially in the bathroom and the indoor pool has lift chairs for people in wheelchairs or disability climbing ladders or stairs, to lower and raise them onto and out of the pool. This hotel is conveniently located near the Medical Center.

Distance of Handicapped Parking Spaces from the Front Entrance if the Hotel was at capacity and a lot of guests were impaired.

The need to go at the Front desk to request towels, even if the cleaning la dies where in the area

The staff at check-in were very nice and accommodating. We requested a room on the back of the hotel and it was large, cool and very comfortable.

Walking into the lobby, it was hot! It happens. I’m just relieved our room was nice and cool for August.
