super cute b&b! location is extremely convenient, just 2 blocks from the gondola and it’s easy to walk right there. hosts are so incredibly nice! b&b is cozy, has really nice teas, includes breakfast vouchers, and there’s a great breakfast place just a block away. would definitely recommend as a reasonably priced option in breck!

only 1 small hot tub inside for the whole place, so you might not be able to use it every night depending on how busy. parking situation on Sunday morning is not a huge deal, but is slightly annoying (you have to move your car).

.. Quaint quiet locale yet just a quick walk to local restaurants and shops - lovely corner natural gas fire place warmed our hearts to no end even as the late spring snow fell .. Clean spacious bedroom sitting room with ample storage for luggage. The jetted deep bath tub was a welcome surprise! Owners are personal and Sage was as kind as can be .. A1 Holiday!! ..

Hadn’t wanted our time to run out and to move east .. however Woodland Park visit enroute was super fun!

Loved it! Great spot, great location, super cozy and very friendly. They did a great job on making a comfortable atmosphere, with options to sit in the "lobby" or outside at the hotel. Walkable to everything and parking was a breeze. This being my first visit to Breckenridge, I can now confidently say this was by far the best housing option in the city and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

The only downside I saw was that breakfast wasn't included. They did provide breakfast vouchers worth $10 per room per day. I understand things are tricky after Covid to provide meals in-house, and it's an expensive town so I'm sure any additional vouchers would've required them to raise prices. So I get it! Just wanted to clarify this point for others.

The location is fantastic, walking distance to the main street and several bars, restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom were clean, and the hot tub was very nice. The breakfast vouchers were great, as well as the tea/coffee selection. Staff was very nice. They no longer have an ironing board but the staff provided a steamer that worked just as well.

The mattress was a bit softer than I would have liked but it was a minor detail.

Good location & friendly feel. Nice host. About 10 minute walk to Gondola in ski boots. Great variety of Skiing on great quality snow. Lots of bars, cafes & restaurants nearby (5 minutes walk). Also a free bus stops out the front of accommodation to access Gondola or other lifts & starting points. A good setup at Breckenridge

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and will DEFINITELY be back in the future if we’re ever in the area. Our room was clean and cozy, the coffee/tea bar was wonderful, and it was awesome being close enough to walk to downtown while also being far away enough to have some space. The hosts made sure during our stay that we were having a nice time as well - would recommend!!

We truly had no complaints.

Clean, well thought out floor plan to accommodate a family of four in the Back Country Suite. Parking across the street in a church lot was convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bathroom was large with a jacuzzi and spa-like shower with multiple massaging water heads. What would make it better? Prepare for the number of guests over the days...we had 2 wash cloths and 2 towels for four people for 3 nights. Could we ask for more? Sure, but this should have been planned ahead. No breakfast on site, but reasonable accommodations were made. Location was convenient for skiing and shopping. We will stay again.

The owner/ manager is very attentive, the location is great (close to restaurants and cafes), and my room was cozy.

The entryway is a bit tight when others are coming/ going and be aware it is part dorm/ hostel so there can be quite a few people milling around the common area.

There is a creek that runs along the hotel property that makes for a beautiful setting. The hotel is conveniently located to town where there are numerous restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked to select the location of my room. I was the last room at the end of a long deck, so the creek was harder to see and hear.

Very organized! New exactly how to get in, where to park, where the key was and how to find my room. Location was perfect! Sage was super sweet and it was exactly what I needed for a couple days. 😊
