What's not to like? The staff were amazing , helpful and friendly. The view was spectacular. We loved the hiking trail behind the hotel. This was my 2nd stay here and I will stay here again if I get back there.

The only down thing was the thermostat was not working properly, but it was fine while we slept. We were off on our family adventures so that was not really a concern and the mini fridges didn't seems to keep things as cd as maybe they could or should.

We had our granddaughter with us who is 14 and the room was small and had no microwave to warm up food we bought downstairs.

The amount of beds in one room was great! Normally our large family has to split between 2 rooms but this allowed us all to stay together.

Breakfast was sad. The options were 1 kind of yogurt, oatmeal with no toppings (nuts, dried fruit, cinnamon, sugar, etc.) or milk to have with it, eggs and sausage links, 1 kind of muffin, 2 kinds of fruit (but did not look appetizing, and orange juice. The coffee bar was breakfasts only redeeming quality.

The breakfast was okay. When they had the eggs and sausage it was good. The pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches were good. The bean and cheese burritos were not very good. The tortilla shells were hard and over cooked.The other options were okay and the juices were good.

the breakfast could have been better. The coffee is always good! The apples looked a bit old and not very flavorful.

Our check in was eventful after being charged on every card we own rather the one we used upon check in we arrived at a room that smelled like Cuban cigars and urine, we were then moved to another room that smelled of glade spray complete with stained sofa and lord knows what on the carpet the toilet ran all night and the best part of all is they do not service rooms unless your stay is longer than six days. Spend the extra money and save yourself from the experience they offer.

Clean rooms and bathroom, friendly and accommodating staff in a good location for purpose of travel. The first room had a broken air conditioner and was easily and quickly changed to a new identical room.

Utilities that weren’t working.

Only had cold stuff and pre made waffles. Tons of people and no places to sit.

Breakfast. Had the AC since we arrived and still was hot.

It's very conveniently located. The staff are all wonderful and attentive to our needs. The rooms are clean and of good size. Housekeeping is amazing!

The pool is very cold. We have asked several times to have the temperature turned up but have had no success.

I have stayed her twice because I love it so much. Its so spacious feels like an apartment. So nice it has a kitchenette, friddge, sofa, a seperate bedroom, and the shower and toilet are enclosed and the sink is out for people to be able to multitask when staying together! Besides that it is very clean which I love, great location next to shopping and food.

Everything was great honestly.

I felt very comfortable there. The room was clean and well taken care of. Loved how the room was decorated but the bathroom was very plain, uninspiring. The staff was great and very friendly.

One of the clean wash cloths still showed makeup stains from a previous customer. Breakfast was underwhelming.
